I want to cancel my kotak secure one insurance policy, the online sales team given me policy without my permission and deducted my money amount of 2938/- Kottak costumer executive no. Not respond I try many time costumer miss lead me and i email hem from last 8 /10/21 .i want refund my money back which is 2938/-

    I ordered the product on 9 Oct 2021 from amazon.
    The price of order was Rs. 6, 174.
    Product was I KALL K320 (BLUE, 4GB, 64GB) smartphone.
    The order id is :[protected].
    I returned the product on Oct 11 and refund was initiated on Oct 12.
    But still i didn't got any refund till now.
    The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

      Since last 2 months, everyday 4-5 times I got call from kotak mahindra customer care and they forcefully asking me to accept credit card which I have never applied for. When denying, they start abusing on calls and massages. This becomes everyday habit. How many numbers I will block?
      I want resolution. I have the number who called me and abusive chats as well.

        I tried to transfer the money from Kotak app to self Phonepe upi, but the amount is deducted from Kotak app and not received it

                My name is Himanshu Dhingra and my crn no is[protected].I took a persoanl laon for 4.3 lac which was available with offer of 0 processing fee and 14% reducing interest and I also confirmed this from customer service twice before taking the loan.When the amount was disbursed I was charged for 4300+770 gst as processing fee from my card due to which my credit limit went in negative and i was also charged for overlimit fee for 500+90 gst. I called customer service and and they reversed the overlimit fee and raised a ticket for reversal on 2 october gave me a timeline for 7 working days also promised me to give call himself but nothing happened so I called them again 3 times and got same response.I escalated it to management where Mayuri told me that it will be done within 5 working days and she will give me a call but no luck.I called several time on the escalation number but everytime I was told that Mayuri is handling the case so she will call and they have arranged a call which I never received.I tried to go further to level 3 and 4 for eascalation the number is always busy the complaint is not getting submitted online getting an error " something went wrong" .please look into this and do something for this else will see for legal support.

                  I deeply regret to inform you that the amount payable to me while the automatic closure of my savings account has not been received by me irrespective of repeated requests to Mr.Francis.

                  And Mr.Francis has been promising me it will be credited today, tomorrow for over 2 months of repeatedly asking him and so on now not attending my calls too...!

                    I have opened an 811 account it is closed because i have not completed my full KYC so my balance is stucked. i visit the bank and the bank told me you have to opened a new account in which you have to give cheque of Rs10000-/ after that you get your DD. i opened that account and the staff told me you have to opened securities account (deemet account).They told me they put alpha on my account i dont have to maintain the balance. On the other side the bank is deducting my money for not maintaing the money and am visiting bank again and again. I was write an application for my DD twice. Am visiting bank since last 6 month for DD and they give silly excuses and told me come after one weak or that day. After that they again give me another date.I am student i have to suffer alot because of this bank am belong a middle class familly and family is not happy by me because of this bank.
                    Staff is not behaving properly to me and my parent.
                    i have signed closure form they are not closing my account tool.
                    Help me ASAP to resolve this issue

                      Hi,

                      My name is Vandana Rawat and my card case is HD8CC03385. I got a call on 12 September that legal letter regarding my credit card payment is being delivered at my mother's home and police is among them. I was bewildered as my card used to be with hdfc and also under settlement. However the person on call said if I receive the letter I will have to make the whole payment again along +40000 interest. As per my settlement only 27000 was pending. They advised me to speak with manager. I spoke to manager and gave them my settlement letter via whatsapp and as per them paid the 27050 amount agreed upon for the final settlement and issuance of NOC.

                      Till now no NOC received. Even complained on rard.[protected]@kotak.com on 20 sept but no response received.

                      I had to chase lots of kotak representatives on call and sent emails to various kotak senior but no response. Even messaged on twitter but got a auto mail only. I will be lodging a FIR and complaint on RBI as already it's been 30+ days. I have all call recordings plus chat records.

                              I am having a kotak credit card and I missed the payment of September 2022v due on 10th. It was active and I could see all the details of my credit card in kotak banks mobile banking app. But a representative of the bank came on 1st October 2021 to collect the dues of September 2021 which as per him I transferred the amount to his Account through Google Pay of Rs 1900. After that as he did not gave any receipt I asked him to send me the same and next day he sent a receipt but the amount paid was not reflected in the the account and next day my card was blocked and they removed everything from the mobile app and when I tried to see the details of the card message came no cards available. As there was no statement or details of my dues I emailed through grievances 1st level but no action has been taken till date. Neither they are giving the SR number or statement so that I can go for the next grievance level. I received an email from Kotak Bank credit card to pay the dues of September of Rs.2678 which I paid but the amount paid to the representative of Rs 1900 and now paid of Rs 2567 Is not reflected anywhere. My account is with Vadodara old padra branch

                                I am constantly getting monthly bills etc but when I am trying to connect mobile banking etc it says no active cards.

                                Kindly let me know the status of my card is active or inactive?

                                if active - why my mobile banking is not working?
                                If not active-Keep the account closed ...Dont send any monthly statements.
