    My account was opened in Aug 2015 and even after submitting the I'd proof the bank entered incorrect name. Since then I've been following up with Bank to correct my name and they'll say that it'll take 15days/ 1week/ 7working days etc to correct this. But till now it's not updated and it's been 6yrs. This is really frustrating and it's like torture as my verification fails when I submit my id and bank account for some other process since the name doesn't match. Please check this I need my name to be corrected immediately do that the verification can be easy.

      I want to settle my outstanding in EMI with waive of overdue charges facing financial crisis due to covid pandemic
      But ur recovery agent stealing my data my contact list and harassing my relatives and known which is against supreme court and RBI guidelines .I m mentally torched by ur recovery agent take action against them and provide me best EMI options for me.i m in big financial crisis I can't pay anymore a big amount .

        I have not received the Refund Amount from Amazon to my kotak bank account

        My name is Nigam Patel and I had ordered (Prestige Edge Gas Table PEBS 03 L- Black 3 Burner Stove ) of RS.7627/- in Amazon on -11/08/2021. and after -14/08/2021. I returned this order due to personal reason. And on - 01/10/2021.
        Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
        (7gF[protected]JzD) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Kotak Mahindra Bank...

        Kotak Credit Card Collection Agency In noida— credit card agent harassing me and my family

        Dear sir/madam,
        I m Deepika Pandey wife of mr.Arjun Pandey.I having credit card no. Ending xxxx9935. My husband card payment minimum balance is due since one months. Because of some personal problem we cound not pay our minimum payment to kotak credit card since 1 months on tuesday one person from collection agencies his name mr. Manish his mobile no. Is [protected]. call me and He started giving warning to me, mera paise dedo wrna tere husband ko maar duga even the money amt is 11840 but he said paid 25000 immidately other wise sare pariwaar ko maar duga.gaali dene laga mujhe.jab maine kaha police complaint karugi toh kehta ja kisi k baap se ni darta.. I politely asked him what's your name, whats your agencies name? He refused to answer me anything and started very bad behavior with me and also abuse me that i have to give him money anyhow otherwise he will called me daily .even he said he come my house one kotak credit card man behave like this in front of my collegue is not good I didn't understand what is the way of collecting money.
        Sir i am not a criminal or not a fraud person who will take their money and run away. I had just missed my payment due date and i was about to pay this month. But i am very hurt and my children are also scared. I dont want to continue my account with your bank and will make the payment also but before i make the payment i want you to solve this problem and i want that man and their agencies should apologize me. And should never call me again

          Hi my name is KOKKILIGADDA DEVAIAH, , I am using kotal last two years .. starting with ok this ok account but now this account charges unnecessary points .. even I did not using my atm card through withdrawal more than 5 times but how theses bank charges... Please solve these problem..

              What the hell is happening.. Why are you charging every day 23 rupees as ATM charge ?? Minimum 5 txn are allowed what is happening here I lost my 459 rupees in just last 10 days from 1 Oct to 10 Oct .. Solve my quries or else close my AC I don't want to serve it any more

                Hi I am Ishita Somaiya. On 10th October, the kotak bank deducted 590 rs as ecs charges because I failed to pay last month 100rs SIP .
                That 590 rs was my college exam fees, and If I don't pay it on time then they will not let me appear for the examination.
                I really need that money.

                  kotak Mahindra Bank kept my account on hold for no reason i went to bank directly in person and asked they are saying penalty charges for some transaction but I didn't make any transaction for penalty reasons kindly check and please release my account and do the needful

                    In this bridge only 4 wheeler vihicel allow I want to go manish markwt I open the google map for manish market I going with google map suddenly I saw that one traffic police stop me and told me show driving licenece nd I show after that I told me this highway for 4 wheeler I told him my mistakely I going on this highway bcoz of google map he told me mujse mat sikha nd mera key bike nikal diya he told me give me 1000 rupees i say I don't have that much money I told me I will put on jail and he touring me for money i say sir ya galat bolre hai ho he told me muje mat sikha jada bolega to fir karunga aise bolra ta matlab uniform ka Misuse karre ha or bht rudely baat karra hai after that he fine me 2200rupees
                    Aise nhi hota hai kindly take action this traffic police
                    Aam admi ka Barosa nhi rahga police wale k upar

                      Amount not received in kotak 811 account

                      Address: Bhayandar west

                      Hi,
                      I made ₹50000 deposit thrice today in my kotak 811 account. For the first two deposits I can see the amount in my account. But the last 50000 amount is not shown. I got the confirmation in the kotak app that it has been added and all. But I don't see it as balance.
                      I have also attached my another bank's statement from where I had sent the money into kotak 811 account.

                      Please get back to me at the earliest...

                        On 9 October 2021, I received multiple calls from a certain Neha Sharma . She called me to tell me a certain Venugopal Iyengar had given my number as their alternate contact and apparently Kotak would issue
                        me those notices, as this venugopal is not receiving those.
                        After telling her multiple times that neither do I know him nor do I have anything to do with it, she used rude and threatening language with me, saying she will make sure I receive a notice on behalf of mr venugopal. She did not listen to me, in fact insisted that it was not her problem. As I don't know him, never gave him my number for any matter. I don't know how he got my number and used it. If he is not responding bank regarding payment, it is not my concern neither I am responsible for it. And I tried telling this multiple times to your employee but she hung up the call on me.

                          I am receiving calls and messages from various numbers from Delhi, Vadodara, Gujarat High court, Ahmedabad etc for recovery of outstanding loans of KOtak mahindra bank and bajaj finance. Every time i had informed that i have no account in Kotak Mahindra Bank nor Bajaj Finance. I had checked every number in truecaller and all the numbers are reported as Spam. I had also reported in cyber cell on[protected]. Further i am also mentioning all the numbers from where i am receiving the calls.
                          1) [protected] - Ashok desai - delhi
                          2) [protected] - Sheetal gupta - delhi
                          3) [protected] - Vikram choudhry - Gujarat high court
                          4) [protected] - Legal dept. Bajaj Finance.
                          5) [protected] - Brijesh from delhi kotak bank.
                          6) Margi Patel - Kotak head office Ahmedabad.
                          I am requesting you to please look in to matter since someone has used my documents and taken loan from bajaj finance and kotak bank under my name. Calls for appearing in court are also coming on me. I have attached mailed received from Kotak bank regarding outstanding loan. Furthermore Ashok desai from delhi told me that your total outstanding is Rs. 52, 000 and if you want to settle i will share you link and pay 10, 000 only towards full and final settlement. I replied that i am not going to pay even 1 rupee since i had not taken any loan.
                          Kindly help me out and report this as fraud

                            I am getting multiple (upwards of 2-3 calls a day) asking if i require a Kotak Credit Card. This has been going on for months now and is continuing despite me taking my time to explain to them that I am not interested and to please remove me from the call list.

                            Please take care of this lest I will be forced to explore other options.

                              Whenever I recieved money from anyone. For example if someone send me 1200. But i recieve 1000something or 1100 something. I suffer this problem too many times. Kotak bank is fraud bank. Without any reason bank deduct money from my account. I think bank ceo was very poor and cheap and kotak customer care was never pick up the calls. Whenever i try too call. This is 6th time now. Money has deduct from my account

And on 03/09/2021 amazon initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 74332741272127190397674 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                  I have been using this account from last 1.5 years and my kotak account is salary savings account but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.23.60 on the daliy basis for the atm cw fees-dom. As per my knowledge there are 5 transactions are free in a month i have charged 3 times till toady, your bank is keep charging rs.23.60 from my account which is not good...
