On 9 October 2021, I received multiple calls from a certain Neha Sharma . She called me to tell me a certain Venugopal Iyengar had given my number as their alternate contact and apparently Kotak would issue
me those notices, as this venugopal is not receiving those.
After telling her multiple times that neither do I know him nor do I have anything to do with it, she used rude and threatening language with me, saying she will make sure I receive a notice on behalf of mr venugopal. She did not listen to me, in fact insisted that it was not her problem. As I don't know him, never gave him my number for any matter. I don't know how he got my number and used it. If he is not responding bank regarding payment, it is not my concern neither I am responsible for it. And I tried telling this multiple times to your employee but she hung up the call on me.
Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
