    Sir,

    A couple of times I have requested to change my credit card billing cycle. Currently, my credit card payment due date is the 2nd day of every month. But my salary is credited after the 2nd day and between nd and 5th of every month. In this scenario, I could not able to repay the credit card bill on the last due date. For this reason, a couple of times i approached your customer service platform and placed request of billing cycle change. But my request was rejected. I am so worried about this. Please do the need ful and change my billing cycle.

      Harassment by credit card department

      This is after struggling for more than 6 months now.
      I have tried opening 811 online Kotak Mahindra bank account couple of months back. From that moment I have been receiving minimum of 10-15 calls everyday for taking Credit card.

      Firstly how can my personal number be made public to a third party vendors and agents and what not every agent making marketing calls on daily basis.

      Secondly there is no real sensibility even after asking to stop calling further I still receive 10+ calls everyday from kotak mahindara credit card.

      How to go about with this issue further very seriously.

        118rs has been deducted from my account for some service i never asked or availed. However this isn't just one time this has happen to me. There are further many other deduction made instantly from my account if you want to clarify it with the bank the bank insist on calling the customer care executive for reliable answer to your queries.

          I the undersigned, Mayur A Patel, has opened a zero balance saving account for Demat account
          with your bank on 28 April 2020, through online link send by Kotak bank employee Hardik patel
          ( mobile:[protected]). Now my problem is that inspite of zero balance saving account my
          account is debited for AMB NON maintenance charge and suddenly debited 7 times AMB non
          maintenance for previous month in 1 day on date 16-June-2021....

          Dear Sir

          Myself Dinesh Balaji I have not paid my 3 month credit card bills due to personal reasons and my mother expired in the month of May due to COVID so I had financial crisis so only I was not able to pay.So the Kotak Mahendra Collection agents treat customers very badly and I had personally experienced it they mentally torture by continuously calling and they also verbally abused me and they texted me with abusive words this is not professional So I’m mentally upset. Please do consider this and take necessary action against this person

            Hi sir
            due to some personal reason I’m not paid may 10th mom expired because of CORONA I was unable to pay credit card bills for past 3 months so I get continue calls from collection department the use very abusive words and scold and keep on giving mental torture after 20th ill pay since I’m outof station

                  Hi Kotak Mahindra Team,

                  I had this account as my Salary account with ING Vysya since long, but when it got transferred to Kotak Mahindra bank still my salary getting credited but since my salary is no been credited over a years time now, when yesterday i called Kotak customer service to check if i can operate my 811 account so came to know they have piled you $77000.00 charges on my account IS IT A SOMEKIND OF JOKE ????

                  Why i was never informed by SMS or email about the amount due or charges are getting accumulated, I would have closed down the account long back.

                  Since i called them yesterday upfront that's when they were informing me, this is unacceptable i cant accord to pat this much unnecessary charges which was never informed neither by phone call, message or email.

                    I'm availing a Credit Card ending with number 6343 against a Fixed Deposit (F. D) of Rs. 15, 000.
                    The customer care is harrassing me from 2 week before due date and calling me 4 -5 times a day.
                    They don't have manner to speak with the customer. After getting calls a week regularly, I mentioned them that I have a Credit Card against my FD with there bank. But the bank officials of Credit Card department says me that, have you thrown money in our bank or what.
                    Is that a way to speak with customer, that too 2 week ago from my due date?
                    I have linked all my screenshots of call from Bank Officials below, all the unknown numbers are from Kotak Bank Credit Card department, I have call records too, but there isn't a way to select it.
                    I'm feeling very much depressed after getting calls regularly.
                    Hope would find a resolution soon.

                          My name is snehal tomke. i had kotak bank credit card which is now blocked due to non payment. i have lost my job but was still able to pay little little amount every month. but due to pendamic i am not able to pay anymore. i am getting calls from recovery agent guy whos name is abhijit palaskar to pay or do settlement. they forced me to do settle and now forcing me to pay the first installment. i have not yet received the settlement letter but they are still forcing me to pay it. another guy from recovery department name sachin is calling my sister and my father and using abusive language on calls and harasing them. i have told them i need some time to do the settlement but these guys are not listning. i have never given them my sister or father mobile number but they are still calling them and harasing them. recover agent numbers are sachine - [protected].

Why can't you send sms to your customers only or put advertising on webpages ! Who gave you rights send sms who are not your customers ! Do you think we are fools ?                                     I was asked to pay 70000 at the start of this year by a recovery agent as a settlement to my outstanding dues on the kotak credit card, I kept receiving arbitration notice and the agent asked me to ignore them.. she didn't give me any settlement letter but kept promising that last month way my last EMI, she lied about the outstanding amount t and disappeared when I made my last payment, now I'm getting calls from her colleagues to pay more and they are threatening me to send people home.. this is so traumatic to suffer, nobody is helping me from the bank neither am I getting any call backs from the authority.. I have paid 7 emis and settled my credit card due but I'm being forced to pay more.. this is really scary and I'm scared for my life.
