PLEASE DON'T STRUGGLE AFTER TAKING LOAN FROM KOTAK BANK.

My Loan reference number: SPLN59922640

I had taken personal loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank 3 years before and paying my EMI's regularly. I don't have any clarity about the outstanding payment that i need to make. When i attempted multiple times to dial and check with the bank, the number doesn't work. Below issues i'm facing...

1. After several reminders to the customer representatives, the bank doesn't share me the loan repayment schedule till date. (i'm on the 3rd year)

2. Write-to-Us option available in website doesn't have an email ID. If you check it will take you to a never ending loop to select multiple options, multiple pages, I bet you will never find one single email ID to write to. This is absolute cheating.

3. Customer support Toll FREE number 1860 DOESN'T WORK ANYTIME. Bank has kept a number just for eye-wash.

4. When one single EMI fails, you will be bombarded with call harrassment from 3rd party comapanies. They don't bother to listen to what issue you are facing

5. Kotak Mahindra Bank by far is the worst bank in my experience as a customer. Such a customer unfriendly bank which i strongly suggest to everyone not to take up any loan product or think twice before availing their service.

In my experience HDFC, ICICI, Axis provide superior customer service and offers ease of banking experience.

    Fund transfer error

    I was transferring 24000rs today using upi from Kotak application for my flat rent but it showed me error and money got deducted. Trying to reach customer care since that time but unable to reach someone from team to talk. Its urgent please...

    My Car Loan no. CF18729693 is integrated with ECS with my Citibank and funded enough. ECS is not functioning properly from the Kotak side. I have been penalized every month, even after supplying the bank statement with fund availability. Kotak charging as check bounce and messing my credit score, Called customer care .ref 1-[protected]. No one is addressing. Is there a way to change my Car loan banking?

      Hello, I have received a Notice from The appointed Sole Arbitrator for initiation of Arbitratin Proceedings in respect of my Personal Loan. The Arbitration is to take place in Chennai. The letter received earlier was from the Law firm asking this arbitrator to invoke the arbitration clause, stating that I had failed to pay back the entire loan amount after three of my EMI's bounced. However, I had made that payment regularly before last 2 years. Due to COVID situation, I have two pending emi but I receive a notice from arbitrator to come in front of court. I don't know how to handle this situation. From this month onward I'm paying my emi regularly and I have informed my relationship manger about my delay emi which I will pay by next month. Still I received a notice from kotak but I have asked my relationship manager about the notice, he had no idea about that.

        I have also call record but after card apply not welcome bonus points received and when i m calling your bank says no point received this time

          6th aug 2021 i received a mail that my account is freezed because of legal notice received from cybercell mumbai.
          my account freezed without any prior notice.
          I am a student and i kept my all expenses and college fee amount in my bank account only.
          now i am in trouble i can't even withdraw a single penny from my own account.

              I am a Saving Account Holder in kotak mahindra bank .
              sir without my permission issue a credit card and start dues & penality on it without my permission bank put Auto Debit on it.

              Sir Recovery Department also harassment me on mobile...
              I pay settlement amount rs 1700/- for close the card.. in jan 2020...

              But Bank recovery department again call me for payment...

              sir i don, t have any source of income I am a house wife...
              please resolve this problem...

                They keep calling to opt for Credit card again and again even though I have requested not to call 1000 times already.

                They even call 3-4 times a day by different calling Agents from different numbers and keep harassing all the time.

                If it does not stop, I will file a complaint to the higher authority.

                    A couple of times I have requested to change my credit card billing cycle. Currently, my credit card payment due date is the 2nd day of every month. But my salary is credited after the 2nd day and between nd and 5th of every month. In this scenario, I could not able to repay the credit card bill on the last due date. For this reason, a couple of times i approached your customer service platform and placed request of billing cycle change. But my request was rejected. I am so worried about this. Please do the need ful and change my billing cycle.

                      This is after struggling for more than 6 months now.
                      I have tried opening 811 online Kotak Mahindra bank account couple of months back. From that moment I have been receiving minimum of 10-15 calls everyday for taking Credit card.

                      Firstly how can my personal number be made public to a third party vendors and agents and what not every agent making marketing calls on daily basis.

                      Secondly there is no real sensibility even after asking to stop calling further I still receive 10+ calls everyday from kotak mahindara credit card.

                      How to go about with this issue further very seriously.

                        118rs has been deducted from my account for some service i never asked or availed. However this isn't just one time this has happen to me. There are further many other deduction made instantly from my account if you want to clarify it with the bank the bank insist on calling the customer care executive for reliable answer to your queries.

                          Dear Sir

                          Myself Dinesh Balaji I have not paid my 3 month credit card bills due to personal reasons and my mother expired in the month of May due to COVID so I had financial crisis so only I was not able to pay.So the Kotak Mahendra Collection agents treat customers very badly and I had personally experienced it they mentally torture by continuously calling and they also verbally abused me and they texted me with abusive words this is not professional So I’m mentally upset. Please do consider this and take necessary action against this person

                            due to some personal reason I’m not paid may 10th mom expired because of CORONA I was unable to pay credit card bills for past 3 months so I get continue calls from collection department the use very abusive words and scold and keep on giving mental torture after 20th ill pay since I’m outof station

                                  I had this account as my Salary account with ING Vysya since long, but when it got transferred to Kotak Mahindra bank still my salary getting credited but since my salary is no been credited over a years time now, when yesterday i called Kotak customer service to check if i can operate my 811 account so came to know they have piled you $77000.00 charges on my account IS IT A SOMEKIND OF JOKE ????

                                  Why i was never informed by SMS or email about the amount due or charges are getting accumulated, I would have closed down the account long back.

                                  Since i called them yesterday upfront that's when they were informing me, this is unacceptable i cant accord to pat this much unnecessary charges which was never informed neither by phone call, message or email.
