My Kotak credit is blocked permanently from over an year, I have already made all the dues as per the bank still they are charging me for a blocked card. Is this not a fraud? Over 5000 rs is due as per the bank of a blocked card. When I ask them to mail the complete statement, the bank says talk to customer care. When I call the customer care, they ask for mpin which is not even recognised by me. I have paid over 2 lac rs to Kotak credit card not swiping more than 1 lac as well. How can a bank charge on a permanently blocked credit card. Shame on such a bank

      my credit card No.is Card no. [protected] in your bank. Kotak is the bank's credit card.Your recovery agents are bothering me a lot. Troubled for money. I am not working Covid- 19 situation am very upset and they are coming to my home and office giving me mental stress for money. Please stop them, if my circumstances are correct, I will pay the money. I beg you with folded hands Please stop them. I will never have your money, so what will I do after stopping. Please prevent these recovery agents. The money is there, I will give next month only.I am spoken with Miss Use Language. Please do not stop them otherwise I can complain in the Police.I will make full payment in a month. Your service to me was a very dirty recovery agent. Now let's talk rainy. I will never use Kotak Mahindra bank either. Very Bad Service.
      My Facebook ID is being hacked and my friend & My Family Members is being called saying that I am a defaulter. I ran away with bank money. Said this.
      This recovery agent is defaming me and what about me. I ran away from the bank carrying ₹ 1.19 Lakhs.
      Sir i request you You take any concrete action on this man. This man is spoiling the name of kotak Mahindra Bank and is also a speaker for abusing the customer. No action should be taken on this, otherwise I should file a complaint in the consumer court.I get annoyed and misbehaved by repeated calls.Many people call me and abuse me.What a mistake that made me so upset

          As i checked in Kotak mobile application for personal loan, it shown as i am eligible for 3lac loan.
          Got a call from customer service agent of kotak and he rejected my application as i am not eligible for the loan.
          When i can see i am eligible in kotak application itself how i got rejected?

            Due to this pandemic and some personal medical problems i have lost my job and facing financial issues.I hve kotak credit card for which i am paying monthly amount watever is possible with me and that too like 10-15k.Than too this people are calling and haraassing me to make more payment or else they are saying we will take your all house belongings. And they are calling to relatives and harassing them which is totally wrong.I need solution for this asap.

                I had availed two unsecured loans from Bajaj Finance where my dispute was going on in the court of law, but suddenly Bajaj Finance sold out their portfolio to Kotak Mahindra Bank and both these are purposely disturbing my Cibil record and Kotak Mahindra Bank is not responding to the mails and not providing the ownership details that how they suddenly became the owner of these loans.

                  Sir, My name is Nilay B Narain and i had availed a Car loan and after completion of Car loan had taken additional top up loan, i had repaid most of the EMIs but due to financial condition there was some over dues ( last three 3 / 4 EMIS) as i was away to nurse my mother in law who was seriously ill and unfortunately we lost her. However when i return back to vadodara my car was towed away mid highway. My loan is closed as out of 36 EMIs only last three 3 EMis were pending . Mr. Tadvi told me the my case is in approval at surat and since one month i was following up with him but he always told me don't worry once approval comes it will be settled. I was told by Mr. tadvi that i need pay rs. 1.5 lacs and close the loan and i was ready to pay the amount in two installment, however when i met Mr. Jadhav in spoke very rudely and told me i need to pay 2.60 as 1.5 was only for that date. I am totally confussed and suspect that my car they have sold to someone and are now playing with the words.

                          My NRE account was debited with Rs 22 lakhs+ on 20/5/21 for wire transferring my money to my account in US bank (BBVA, USA0, but it has not reached there. I am in touch with my branch, but they have not yet been able to provide me with the note accompanying the transfer, asto which exact bank and IFSC code they have sent the money.
                          Normally wire money reached instantaneously.

                              I Koushij Biswas, a Kotak Mahindra Bank customer of SB account
                              No -[protected], my debit card no-[protected], I have withdrawn
                              Rs 6000-00 (Six Thousand only) from the SBI ATM at Chandannaagar Station of ATM iD-S1BW[protected] on[protected] at time 5-44 pm, But I have not received the cash of Rs.6000-00 from the ATM but my SB Account was debited for Rs.6000-00 and cash not dispensed from the saim SBI ATM,
                              and till today the amount of Rs.6000-00 not reversed n credited to my SB account. So please look into the matter and arrange to credit Rs.6000-00 to
                              my SB Account No-[protected] at the earliest.

                                I have opened saving account (Account no. [protected], CRN is[protected] online in Kotak Mahindra Bank. Then I have visited to nearest branch 'Pimple Saudagar-Pune' to submit KYC doc's and its verification.

                                Then they told me to apply for ATM card and cheque book through mobile banking application. I have applied it. I received cheque book on the registered address; but not received ATM card till date whereas I have opened this account in Sept-2019. I got very bad experience from Kotak bank.

                                Now I changed my address. but bank is not going to update it though I have registered rent agreement.

                                Please help me to provide ATM/Debit card for my account on this address: Vanalika, 2AB Wing, Flat no. 104, Lavale Phata, Mulshi Road, Pirangut, Pune-412115

                                  This is to bring at your notice that My misses has open this 811 zero balance account and CRN no is[protected] .Today due to Certain reason i have taken payday loan of 3000rs due to the current condition of job loss .from That 3000 rs kotak bank has deducted unknow charges called lein charges of 1260 rs from the only amount i had in bank is 3000 rs which was also a Loan for needs ..pls i request you to help because i cant bear so called deduction of 100 rs without any fault or reason .my account is active .I took the screen shot from NetBanking where it is marked as Lien user .Reason for deduction is mention as TMBS charges i am not aware of anything like TMBS nor informed once through Customer call or sms or email.Still without informing Kotak bank has deducted 1260 rs .Which is very much required for me..pls help me out regarding such cheating from major bank .Also i am sharing the screen shot where you can see the remark is Xelerate- TMBS[protected].

                                  I am very helpless and disappointed because at this time i can arrange any financial assistance from anywhere i took this unwanted loan of 3000 rs for medicine of my mom for diabetic .in such need also amount got deducted which was never ever notified ..

                                    I had registered for nps and have selected my kotak mahindra bank as my pop bank for nps.

                                    My pran is generated. However, kyc verification is pending from kotak bank. The nps status right now says "Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank".

                                    The kyc verification is now supposed to be completed by bank.

                                    Its been more than 12 days and the kyc is still not verified by the bank. I need to make investment before this month end but the bank is being a blocker. Without kyc verification, i can't invest any further in nps.

                                    I tried to reach kotak bank NRI customer support but no one is responding.

                                      A/c number [protected].

                                      As date on[protected], amount debited transaction of rs.23000/- by kotak bhim upi ref no[protected] and Transection Id[protected].

                                      I have transfer money from my upi VPA [protected]@kotak to
                                      Vpa [protected]@SBIN0000641.ifsc.npci but the transaction shows as failed but my account balance got deducted but not credited to receiver account.

                                      Please refund the amount to as same bank check & clear the transaction failed issue.
