Hi Team,
My account CRN No : 83842600, is locked from December 2020. During Initial call with the customer care, they requested to submit self attested PAN card and passport so that they can unfreeze my account, which I did share it with nriservices team on 15-Dec-2020.
Still the issue is not resolved in spite of multiple follow up with relationship manager, email to nriservices.
I had requested my relationship manager (Kaushal S) to help with the account, as I have outstanding medical and insurance bill to settle down, which is incurring additional interest, but again the relationship manager nor his manager does not respond to my email request.
