Hii we have applied for current account in our firm name Alles Exports in kotak mahindra bank branch ulhasnagar chopra court, thane. We have submitted all our documents and verification successfully done on 12 feb 2021 . And after that bank have it will take 2 3 days to activate account and we will received sms. But many days passed and every time they say will active tomorrow but many tomorrow passed still not activated. We visited branch many time they say it will activated tomorrow. We also try to mail area manager saurabh pandey(saurabh.[protected]@kotak.com) and not received any mail from there side . I have incurred huge loss due to this bank delaying our current account. 23 days now still account not activated.

    It's a 811 acc and all the charges of cheque book and etc has been already taken So For what now the charges are being reducted from my account? Not a single rupee I'm not able to keep in my account... If this is the case Then Why should we open this acc

      My kotak account has been frozen i called customer care they said to visit branch, i visited branch they said you need to upgrade your account so my physical kyc has been done after 2 days they called me and said your kyc has been done, now check your account it is unblocked, so i checked my account and it is still blocked, i informed them that it is still frozen they said they will look into it but no response worst experience with kotak bank my money is stuck Rs 65000 in the bank and i cannot withdraw it since last 10-15 days.

        I choose kotak credit card worst decision in my life limit 15 k but I pay 40000 above I got settlement letter every collection manager and agent rude behaviour last three months going my old office I am not pay amount told everyone friends. but I already paid . Government rules also not follow interest extra interest added covid time.. I told layoffs job covid time but I pay interest also but manager or collection agent harshly speek don't go any one ###K kotak card

          The recovery agents and the bank are harrassing me to pay the emi . but I was not having job for 2 months and recently joined. they are not willing to understand our concern and insisting to pay the emi. I I could not pay previous 2 months emi due to job loss. Please assist in stopping this harrassment.

                  As agreed with kotak collection manager (imran Khan) cleared all dues of credit card by march 2020, since then have been running after kotak card customer care for reactivation of credit card along with cibil clean up which is not done till date

                    Deducted Annual Debit Card Charges Rs. 885/-

                    Dear Team,

                    i am holding a kotak bank account from last 6 years. my account has been debited on 24/02/2021 for Rs. 885/- as an annual debit card charges. what kind of debit card you are providing, how is it so costly. No prior information for that. this is just ridiculous. i am going to close my kotak account it is happened like this.
                    Please fix it and refund my deducted amount.

                    Hello hope you are doing well.
                    I am living in Ireland ( Europe) because of my masters on 15th feb according to here in morning Someone made 4, 5 fake transactions from my credit card in India. I will attach those msg screenshots also because of this fraud. I blocked my mobile banking and debit card, credit card So now I am in big trouble If I will need my account how can I use it? One last thing I was facing was an issue also from my kotak app also lasting 4, 5 days . So I believe with my kotak bank You guys solve my problem and credit my fake transaction amount as soon as possible. So guide me also how can i open my mobile banking, debit card also . my registered ID in account - [protected]@gmail.com.

                      Hi Team,

                      My account CRN No : 83842600, is locked from December 2020. During Initial call with the customer care, they requested to submit self attested PAN card and passport so that they can unfreeze my account, which I did share it with nriservices team on 15-Dec-2020.
                      Still the issue is not resolved in spite of multiple follow up with relationship manager, email to nriservices.

                      I had requested my relationship manager (Kaushal S) to help with the account, as I have outstanding medical and insurance bill to settle down, which is incurring additional interest, but again the relationship manager nor his manager does not respond to my email request.

                        My account has been deducted for Rs.885. for annual fee on debit card.
                        I changed my account type last year and your executive told that there wont be any charges were present on the bank account and debit cards.
                        I don't know why you are trying to deduct now.
                        If this goes on and I wont get any reimbursement for the money which was deducted, I will cancel my kotak bank account.
                        Can you update and provide me the refund asap

                              Above mentioned in subject my Policy 02234386, which maturity date was on 10th of February 2021, but till now (18th February 2021) my maturity amount is not yet credited to my account, i have called Kotak life so got to know there is ECS rejection ?? But no one from Kotak Life called me nor informed me about this, after 7 days of maturity date i got to know, when i have called many times ??

                              Please note i need money on an urgent basis because of that i am going to surrender policy.

                              Now I would like to know what is the status of my payment ?? I need money urgently so please make sure to credit on an immediate basis. based on this payment i have committed another payment which would hit on 19th February 2021 to may bank account, request you to please look in to this matter and do the needful.

                                      There was a fraudulent transaction done on dec 3rd 2020 in my mothers kotak mahindra bank account of rs 30000 ( rupees thirty thousand ) this occurred
                                      While we were out of the city. I immediately blocked the account and all access to it there was a request number given to me by the bank as ( 1-[protected] request no )
                                      i have made endless follow ups with kotak mahindra bank, filed police complaint, submitted all documentation what was asked by the bank.
                                      They have given shadow credit of the amount of rupees 30000 and i was told that the investigation is going on and approximately it would take about 90 days or earlier for the bank and they will send an update about the status of the same . My mother is a senior citizen and had to personally be present to visit the bank to file complaints etc ...we have visited the bank made endless calls. There is hardly any updates . I have to keep calling the customer care and am told that here would be a revert . Theres hardly any !! Please revert as to when the amount of shadow credit will be credited to my account..and what is the status ????
                                      Being in a different city at the time of this fraudulent transaction, it was simple harassment especially for my mom (who is a senior citizen and also suffers from diabetes and pressure problems) to get documents, run here and there to file a complaint ..for no fault of hers...
                                      Please revert.
