    Hi,

    As I am writing this details with pain which I am suffering with the service to me as a customer . I have done 2 times bookings with same buses unfortunately for my round trip to goa through my kotak app from goibibo. I want to cancel my 1st booking. Tried reaching goibibo no response . Email sent on [protected]@goibibo.com mails not delivering to this email and tried reaching with different emails and contact fortunately did not connect with any of those . It is almost 3 days till date I did get anyresponse from contacted mail ID's.photos are attached of my tickets which I need to cancel and get my refund back. I hope you can take this as my request for resolving the issue on priority.

          I have been issued a settlement letter from Kotak Mahindra and has been given time till January 2021 to pay off the due.
          Still some goons from Kotak Mahindra Noida 125 branch are calling my ex colleagues and using slangs and discussing about my credit information. Also telling them that I have given their number as a reference. Which I never ever done.
          Now my queries are
          1. Is this RBI's act which has been followed by Kotak Bank's recovery team?
          2. Is this the way a reputed bank will behave with their customers

            Hello sir/madam,

            I am holding kotak mahindra account. It is a salary account. It was told at that time that there is no charge applied by bank for atm withdrawal for any number of online transactions at any bank atm domestic

            There are total 6 times 23.60 has been deducted in last 3days.

            Respected Supreme Court me Respected RBI ne bina koi conditions ke har bank ko restructuring dene ko bola he fir bhi Kotak mahindra bank ko dene me taklif ho rahi ge. Asal me bank ko kisi bhi haal ma koi bhi customer ko restructuring dena nahi he. Sirf aur sirf customer ko pareshan karna he.

              I have got accounts with Kotak Bank. My account numbers are [protected] and [protected]. My accounts have been put under debit freeze since September 2020 and my issue has still not been resolved. The branch said someone submitted fraudulent document in your name. I already have visited the branch numerous times, submitted my KYC documents but the problem has still not been resolved. Every time I go there, they give me new excuses. I have put in the request to close my accounts back in November 2020 but they haven't processed that either. Please close my accounts and return my money.

                I live out of India and I am a Kotak customer since 2016. I was in India at the time of Account opening and later shifted abroad. I am an Indian citizen.

                I have submitted NRE Status change documents 2-3 times. I visit the bank every year 2-3 times a month with my documents when I am in India but my account status was never changed. This week I got an email again to submit documents. I was really frustrated with the kind of service this bank has.

                Every time a manager is changed in the Nigdi Branch they ask me to submit the same documents again which I have submitted several times previously. My father has visited the bank several times too but they never consider him and send him back without any information.

                This week when I received the email again I got really frustrated because in spite of having an account I can never really use it. I was really frustrated and so I asked them to close my account in reply to their email. I did not get any confirmation or reply to my email. After 2 days, they directed debited all the money in the account towards account closure. There are no defaults in the account.

                What kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is this? I got no response about transferring the amount to another account, nor an email to state that the procedure to close the account has been started.

                Kindly contact me and refund all my balance back.

                    I did the payment and got the confirmation message already but still people from kotak mahindra bank are calling me and harrasing me. I also want to tell you most importantly that they are messaging and disturbing me in WhatsApp. I did not gave my concern or I haven’t signed anywhere to message me in WhatsApp and this is happening almost every month sir.

                                This is for your kind information that your ATM at Kolkata are not working with Kodak Card where as Non Kodak card it is dispensing money.
                                I have sufficient evidence with me. for this complain, due to the above reason I have no further option to withdraw fund from other ATMs.
                                Every months 1st 3-4 days Your ATM not working with Kodak card.
                                I am just gently requesting you do not deduct any amount from my account as I have done 5 transactions from other bank as Kodak ATM are unable to dispense. it is your responsibility to provide good services but failed.
                                If you deduct any fund from my a/c for 5 transactions from Non Kodak ATM I have no further option to take legal action
                                This is foryour kind information.

                                      Dear kotak mahindra bank,

                                      I have been using this account from last 3 years and my kotak account is 0 balance basic saving deposit account but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.23.60 on the daliy basis for the atm cw fees-dom. As per my knowledge there are 5 transctions are free in a month and i had withdrawl only once in this month and i had withdrawal rs.500 on 15th october but after that transaction i have charged 5 times till toady, your bank is keep charging rs.23.60 and rs 29 from my account which is not good that means you have charged total rs.198 for No reason,
                                      I have Been charged 148 rupees some days ago also,
                                      Before that, rupees 1200 was charged from My account for ECS bounce charges, And i even dont know the whole Rs 1200 is the ECS bounce charge.
                                      When i Call the Customer Care, They dont even connect, says supports are busy be on call, i stay on call for 15 minutes but no responses are given. I dont have that much time to call kotak Mahindra bank All day.
                                      And when we tap support on Keya in the banking app, they redirect to Kotak bank's website.
                                      I just want to know and i need an explanation that why i am keep charging with that nonsense fees. This is total pathetic and that means if i keep my money in the account it will become nill soon from the way you are charging.
