Dear sir madam,
I paid my minimum due amount but still it is not update every monthI m paying same amount some hidden charges every month, I m paying like late fee payment, Interest charges, Overlimit fee. Please do some necessary i m getting frusted just becoz of your charges and bill.otherwise i will not pay this amount....

My name is praveen kumar i am using kotak credit card and used rs 70000.. But some financial condition i can't pay card payment for 2 months on sep 04 2020 i get a call from kotak bank that my total due amount is rs 95000. And there told we can sattle it for 80000 as 6 months emi.. I paid 25000 on that day.. They told now 55000 will pay as 6 month emi with zero interest.. But there charing interest and telling that i want to pay full amount......

Kotak mahindra bank calling us and abused us for no reason they asked us to pay full monatarium amount
We pay last month twise and 24 september i paid minimum amount now on 26th septmebet they called for payment again please look into this metter they are tourchering us

I have taken personal loan from kotak bank in 2018 and i have never missed a single payment. During this pandemic, i have requested for moratorium as approved and advised by rbi. i have apply for registration moratorium installment in the month of june, july and august 2020 but bank had debited installment in my saving or loan account in lockdown period. its wrong with me. And also they increase installment surplus chargees with me. my loan case number CE 590312. please check my loan account details in your system. and take action regarding my issue...

I got a personal loan in kotak bank for 1000000 rupees including two balance transfer cheques to my past loan accounts. I returned the balance transfer cheques to bank and given my letter to reduce my emi. They were claimed to pay 22215.
