I mr Gulam Rasul Husain Fruitwala I got the call from kotak Mahindra Bank telling me ur kyc is pending pls update your kyc otherwise your ac is freeze he sent me link in sms //form.app/KotakMahindra/kotak-mahindra-bank-811 I click on that link it asking me CRN num I type my CRN number after that it asked verification code I type that also after that I got sms rs 1900 is gone from my acc and the call is cut I lost my money pls help me to recover I m from middle class family the money is worth for me pls help me

    since march 2020 due to covid i lost my job till date i am searching for the same but i am getting calls from recovery department and i cant even explain how they are talking to me i am feeling depressed. its such an insulting for me. coming at my door step and calling. i want to know if i die will the outstanding amt waived off??????????
    i cant handle anymore recovery calls

        I have a credit card and I had a balance of 25k to pay. I requested the bank to give me an option to pay in parts due to Covid situation. Bank sent me a letter saying that I could pay 4250 in 6 instalments and this would clear balance with no dues. However, now they tell me that I hv to pay interest on the amounts. I paid up 35 k already and they still tell me I have to pay more.
        The call centre staff are apathetic. The collection people are totally not reachable. I have lodged a complaint with RBI. Totally frustrated and feeling cheated by Kotak. After serveral escalation mails, no action from their side.
        Worse customer service.
        They have cheated me. I will fight for justice.

          I added fund of 4000₹ using my sbi debit card on 26 oct 2020, and transaction was successful but the amount is not credited into my kotak mahindra bank account ac no.[protected] yet.

            I used the credit card with the hope that I can pay the amount on EMI basis as mentioned but when I asked for it, they denied, resulting regularly, I paid interest of approx 2000 per month but during covid 19 my card due was approx 28000/- I opted for moratorium, after that I wanted to pay the amount but as my card was expired I was unable to get the details, I called so many times but no one was answering, my card limit was 30000 but they increased interest to 39000/- including overdraft penalty 700/- per month which I have not issued.
            I tried to do something to get rid of it and begging to convert the amount into emi, their representative make my fool and told me to pay minimum due for the request of the same.
            I did it but still my due amount is increasing and no emi option is there.
            what is the use of this useless act.
            I am not a person who so not want to pay but they have a real greed for interest only and does not want their customer to come out of it.

              My name is Ashok N and I had ordered a product of Rs. 1995 in amazon on 30/08/2020 & I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 03/10/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent refund reference number - [protected]. And I have sent a couple of emails and raised requests at Kotak Mahindra Bank but not responding and Amazon saying that we are clear from our side just go and discuss with your bank.
              So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                The issue that I have experienced was: I had loan against credit card option for which I applied on 17th Oct but still the amount has not been disbursed in kotak savings account, when I called the kotak customer care they are telling me that when I had applied for loan against card I had put some wrong code and hence the amount was not disbursed but let me tell you something that when I applied online the only option I had was to put the amount and tenure details, there was no code or anything so how can the customer care executive say that I had put the wrong code, she told me that I will cancel the application and process a fresh request for the loan against card and she did that on 21 Oct 2020 but still the amount has not been disbursed, firstly it was a fault from your backend and why do I have to suffer for that and if it's a pre approved loan then why is it taking so much time to disburse in my kotak savings account

                It occurred on: 17/10/2020

                Immediately Transfer the funds in my account as it was an error from their end otherwise I will have to go to consumer forum

                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                    I, Pavanashree holding the account number [protected]. My query is regarding my credit card statement. On 17.10.2020 I made a transaction of Rs.4270. On 21.10.2020 (today) when I checked my bill and credit card statement this amount is deducted twice from the card while I made the transaction only once. I want Rs. 4270 refund in my account. Please find the attachment showing amount deducted twice.

                    I got a call from Kotak mahindra bank today and i have received my refund from the merchant. Turns out the payment was received by the merchant twice and there was no glitch from he Kotak bank.

                      Kotak Mahindra Bank charged INR 2199.00 RS from my salary account without my confirmation.
                      I received a call regarding CPP plan details from Kotak Mahindra Bank's customer care. they explained to me what the plan is and all those types of details. After that, they transferred the call to another customer care employee for other details. In this whole scenario, I haven't asked them to initiate the CPP membership.
                      While they charged me I didn't receive an SMS notification, that's why I wasn't able to complain about this particular issue.

                      Desirable Resolution expecting:
                      Cancel my CPP membership immediately and refund the deducted amount.

                        This is am matter of Abuse/harassment and Misbehave by collection department of Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card.

                        The incident is of date date 15-Oct-2020, I got a call from the agent of Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card Collection Department to clear my dues immediately,

                        I had a kotak credit card, which is now blocked due to non payment of bills. Currently I don't have money for the payment of dues and from last 2 months im unable to make payments on the account. The collection executives are harassing me like anything.

How can be my personal data shared from any bank any third party while I have not any of my family, colleagues, friends contact data.                             I received the Delight platinum credit card from kotak mahindra in January 2020. The credit limit is 15, 000rs. It has been 9 months and I've provided them all the details including my payslip and statement, and their statement is that the situation should normalise. What kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is this. Why will i keep a credit card with such a low limit. It is going to hurt my score inevitably. Repeated mails and calls to customer care provide only a copy pasted response.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that i am a credit card holder of kotak mahindra bank card no - [protected]). I lost my job before the lockdown and m currently jobless. I have already conveyed the same to the collection team, but they are after my life. I have assured them for making the payment once i get the job and salary. But they are adamant and not listening to me. Meena yadav[protected] sent vinod ([protected]) to my residence to harass my family and asked her that the legal and collection team will come to my house in 2 days if i fail to make the payment. I have also asked them to go for settlement and make payment in small installments of 10 to 12 emis, which can be arranged by me. But they are forcing me to pay in max 4 emis. Request for your kind intervention pls as my life is in trouble.

                              Your early action in this regard would be highly appreciated.

                                As per the ATM transaction limit per month 5 transaction is free. And this is the month beginning I have not tried to check balance or withdrawal the amount in this or last month. But I think bank is also charging for zero ATM transaction.

                                    My name is Maher Syed and I am unable to pay any amount of credit card as lost job during COVID-19 pandemic and at home sine March 21st 2020.

                                    Request to consider One Time Settlement of the pending cash. I don't have a job since last 6 months thus making payment is not possible at all as of now. Looking forward to your favorable response.

                                    I have also send a mail but did not get a any response from Anita.[protected]@kotak.com, also send a query via bank complaint option. I keep getting calls asking for the same minimum dues when I already told them looking for settlement as no money and non of them have a clue regarding any mail or information regarding this and no proper answer. I told them if there is any office I can visit and close this settlement as well mutually, but no proper response.

                                    Need resolution ASAP. I have never been in this situation, but during these hardships of COVID and no job its extreme and very difficult

                                      The person representing kotak mahindra bank has been making repeated calls about some loan of 30000 rs of 2016 year which i have never taken . The person is using very abusive language. I request u to look into the matter as they are defaming banks name
