I got a personal loan in kotak bank for 1000000 rupees including two balance transfer cheques to my past loan accounts. I returned the balance transfer cheques to bank and given my letter to reduce my emi. They were claimed to pay 22215. I have informed their representatives that bank only had spend 3, 71, 131 so my emi would be 7807 for five years tenure. And i gave them the screen shot from the month of april to july reference of imps transfer to their corporate account. They said fine. Later from another mobile numbers saying i have not paid my emi.
And august month two of them or came to my hall and inquired how to i made the payments and i had clarified them everything also they got my compiled information of all the payments and related information about their related transactions. I send to the person kotak bank e-mail id also.
In september they were messaging in whats app i have not made my emi payments for four month. It was a most worried conversation to their bank representatives. I cant explain everything here. I feel like to hear story from me always.

The specified last two transactions are paid by different account, since they were presenting in my account ([protected]) for collection. Four times in the month of july2020. I really not understood their employees are collecting my transfer details and confirming me.
Later their employees are speaking with me not made the emi.
I am not given all my times to give entertain to their bank employees.
Really i felt much worried.
Email also written to the bank customer care with all the information on 14july2020. Nothing they did. Putting collection cheque and always call me for harassing.
E - court not accepting this issue they only address bail related petitions. They informed in my form. Later i found this place for inform.

    Kotak bank relationship manager told me that they're opening up a lifetime zero balance current account but after a year i got charged the aqb non-maintenance fees of ~rs 6000 for consecutive 2 quarters w/o any information from the bank side.

    Initially, i didn't kept the funds in my account as i was unaware of the aqb & created a fd of the amount but team didn't even bothered to inform me that i'll be charged for not maintaining the aqb & not even told me once it was charged for 1 quarter.

    I want the reversal of the charges as i've deposited the amount couples of months back to maintain aqb once i came to know.

      We have two LAP Loans from Kotak Bank. We had applied for Moratorium on them as per government norms. First moratorium was approved but we had not intimation about the second one. After reminders also we were not informed about the same. When we were charged interest the following month we came to know that the moratorium has not been approved. Later we wrote to them and I think we got moratorium for two months and not three. Till date also I am not clear if the moratorium was for 2 or 3 months and on what basis this was given. When asking for statement, we were told that we will be charged for the same. We hardly receive any statements over email. they are given only if we ask and that to with lot of follow ups. We have been charged also for the same at times.
      WE have taken a Covid Loan from Kotak also. We always thought bribe was a thing for PSU's. But to everyone's surprise, we paid bribe to get approval of our Covid Loan. And again we are being asked to pay to get a SOA.
      Such unprofessionalism was very unexpected from a reputed bank like Kotak.

            They have falsely handed over a credit card to me which i have not even recieved and they are sending regular bill messages to me to pay it without even using it. I tried to contact and complained on mail, centre and on KEYA and calls but they ignored my concern totally.
            They are not providing any service regarding this and i am not able to operate anything because even my debit card pin has some problem which are not being solved.
            They also never call back or revert anywhere.i have been trying to reach them since 5 months now.

              I have opened a salary account in kotak mahindra bank in the month of november' 2019. While opening the account, their executive assured me that it is a zero balance account and their is no charges if you don't keep any amount in the bank. After few months when i started depositing my salary in the account they charged me balance maintenance charges for 4 months which is around 2400/- even they have shift my account from salary account to saving account which is required to maintain 10000/- without my consent. After months of discussion on email they reversed 1500 amount for 3 months and remaining they deducted in the name of taxes. They didn't even provided me any passbook or cheque book.

              The person who opened our account misguided us and didn't provide any support or help after opening the account and making excuses all the time and at the end said that he can't do anything, you yourself have to contact through email.

              I request everyone please don't trust these looters.in the beginning they are very good to you, after opening the account they don't even respond your calls and if they receive they make excuses. Thank you

                An amount is rs 3004 getting debited from my kotak mahindra bank
                Yet when i credits any amount of this account the account number is [protected] and crn number is[protected] account holder name is ashish kumar mishra for some ecs related i'm a job less person. Sir please refund my dedicated amount this is my hard earned money going on i guess very big farud going on. Please do the needful stop the ecs.

                    I have been receiving calls from some guys saying they are calling for a Loan recovery which we took back in 2008. As citi financials was acquired by kotak they are trying to recover the loan amount. Tt's not the only phone but, they are also trying to reach my relatives and telling about the loan that is pending. One recovery agent regularly visits my brother's office to inquire about the loan amount. They have never given anything in writing and this has been going for past 6 months. This is mental harassment, why would a recovery agent ask for money from my brother and relative on my behalf. I and my family are trying to communicate Kotak bank but not getting any traction.

                      I have observed that since the month of January 2020, you have been deducting amounts from my account continuously till now.

                      Due to the Pandemic, I have not been able to deposit any money in my account. This is because I have lost my job, and there is no source of income. I have called many times in your Bank to inform you about the same, but the deduction never stopped.

                      I request you to refund all the deducted amounts due to Non Maintenance of Minimum Balance since January 2020 and oblige. Non Maintenance of Minimum Balance was out of my control, hence it would be correct to refund my deducted amounts back to me, and consequently close my account.

                              Dear manager,
                              Kotak mahindra bank

                              Work from home online agents cheated me and my money transfer to kotak mahindra bank account.

                              Here i have mentioned upi id's.
                              Kindly help us if you can do anything from your bank side.

                              2nd payment - [protected]@paytm, laxmidevi, amount - 1568.00
                              3rd payment - [protected]@kotak, p sravan kumar, amount - 8168.00

                              Same way they cheated lot of people and my complaint also posted.

                                I am holding saving acc. No.[protected] at rajkot branch.
                                But i am not using my debit card on dated : 15/08/2020. But my account amount deduct without any otp messages.

                                I didn't obtain any otp on my registered mobile number.
                                And deduct my amount in various transactions about rs.12, 881/- from my account without my information.

                                And bank also not given my any otp and i don't share my otp anybody or my debit card number.

                                I also lodge fir in this case at rajkot commissioner office, cyber crime branch, rajkot for this fraud.

                                But bank is close today on 15th august 2020. So, i can't meet the bank officials in this matter today.
                                So, please take some actions and solve this matter as early as possible.

                                  Fraud transactions on my credit card

                                  On Aug 4th, 2020 at 10:40 pm I received few SMS regarding deduction of several transactions on my credit card, while I saw first two transactions SMS I called on customer care and request to block my credit card immediately over the IVR options as this is only the way to block the credit card but, instead of blocking my credit card I received the information that all the banking channels are blocked but it's not enough, I was continuing receiving...
