    Dear manager,
    Kotak mahindra bank

    Work from home online agents cheated me and my money transfer to kotak mahindra bank account.

    Here i have mentioned upi id's.
    Kindly help us if you can do anything from your bank side.

    1st payment : [protected]@paytm, laxmidevi, amount - 694.00
    2nd payment - [protected]@paytm, laxmidevi, amount - 1568.00
    3rd payment - [protected]@kotak, p sravan kumar, amount - 8168.00

    Same way they cheated lot of people and my complaint also posted.

      I am holding saving acc. No.[protected] at rajkot branch.
      But i am not using my debit card on dated : 15/08/2020. But my account amount deduct without any otp messages.

      I didn't obtain any otp on my registered mobile number.
      And deduct my amount in various transactions about rs.12, 881/- from my account without my information.

      And bank also not given my any otp and i don't share my otp anybody or my debit card number.

      I also lodge fir in this case at rajkot commissioner office, cyber crime branch, rajkot for this fraud.

      But bank is close today on 15th august 2020. So, i can't meet the bank officials in this matter today.
      So, please take some actions and solve this matter as early as possible.

        Fraud transactions on my credit card

        On Aug 4th, 2020 at 10:40 pm I received few SMS regarding deduction of several transactions on my credit card, while I saw first two transactions SMS I called on customer care and request to block my credit card immediately over the IVR options as this is only the way to block the credit card but, instead of blocking my credit card I received the information that all the banking channels are blocked but it's not enough, I was continuing receiving...

        I have rigistered complaint many with bank branch manager as well as DOD department Pragun several time with my concirn . they only answer me sir we will tell you about your concirn please wait give some time from last month. we alredy send mail to our senior. many time physically i walk to branch my issue regarding kamal mam she said me sir pkease wait i will call you.
        same answer from my branch manager mr. inder singh he also cover all the issue and said me only please wait i talk tomy senior and resolved the issue soon.but he done.today my third cheque bounce i contact these all
        person on phone today. no body bother. hope pls u solved my cocirn..

          Dear sir

          I had/have a credit card outstanding of rs 66060 in card ending[protected]
          1038. This amount was paid on 8th aug, 2020 @ 9 am in the morning. I had a balance of rs 19000 in my account (As mentioned in the subject line) @ the time of making this payment. But ironically my account no mentioned above was put on hold & myself not able to use the funds nor make payment to my credit card due (At least minimum amount or part payment) in lieu of the unauthorized lien on my account.

          Have also enclosed the sms on 11th aug, 2020 & as per sms received the babli received the payment on 10th aug through we pay. This is clearly visible in the sms. I can provide more documents to substantiate my claims i[censored] feel it is necessary.

          To my surprise this morning (11th aug2020) if found my credit card account [protected] had a credit balance of rs 22000 which means the bank had debited my account & adjusted towards credit card outstanding despite me making the payment.

          The irony is i had opted for moratorium towards this month outstanding on this credit card.

          I have also defaulted in another payment due the non availability of balance in my account.

          I had many calls asking the bank to adjust the outstanding using the balance in my sb account which they refused. They generally record calls.

          I am going through terrible agony due to the treatment meted out to me & loss of revenue to the extent of almost more than rs 2 lacs which i would have invested in the speculative market.

          Hence i request your good offices to look in this complaint & ensure i get adequately compensated to the extent of loss of rs 2 lacs.

            I have a 811 saving account in you, my account has trapped and my money were transferred to another bank account of someone, whom i dont know person till now, when i visited one of your branch i didn't get propper response from the staff now i got loss of 18000, i never recommend this bank for anyone worst bank for customer service.

              Hi there,
              I've already raise a ticket i'd[protected]. My phonepe register no. Is[protected]
              I made couple of transaction from phonepe to merchant kamal traders for rs. 925.00 & rs. 2144.00 when contacted, he is denying about the payments. Now, i am following up on this from may 05, 2020 with kotak bank. I've requested my kotak bank for a charegeback. They assured me that the amount will be credited back to my account. I am worried about my hard earned money. I raise a ticket for this and also lodge a police complain as per bank manager and submitted to them. They assured me that money will be credited to my account in 45 days. Unfortunately, more than 3 months have passed and now they closed my case without any action. I want you to investigate and credit my money asap.

                Sir i have opted for mortorium till august 31st 2020 for my personal loan bearing personal loan account number spln60553792. It was approved with and received reference number. However i started receiving contiouns calls from kotak team stating mortorium is rejected, however i have not received any email confirmation on that. Its been 2.6 years i paid my loan emi with out any delay. To my surprise even after mortorium approval i was lieved charges of 750rs dated august 8th 2020. Sir if they change rules on their own to whom we should inform. Kindly take an action against them and help me to update my mortorium till august 31st 2020.

                  Hello team,

                  I had taken personal loan from kotak and have been paying properly fr 2years, due to medical issues at home i couldnt pay my dues on time

                  Unfortunately i had pending of 2 months emi..

                  Loan recovery agents had gone to my home when i was in office in my 2nd shift.. Nd abused me nd my parents in front of my neigbours nd stayed in my home till 7pm..

                  My friends in facebook have received messages in messenger, telling that i've borrowed money nd i didnt pay.. They have used abusive words like loafer, cheater, # and all

                  Calling my friends nd telling that i'm their wife.. I have received n number of abusive calls..

                  Please find the below agents number in the photos attached. They have crossed the rbi rules.

                  I really had a tough time nd was depressed because. My entire credibility in office nd with my family nd among my neigbhours is completely ruined. Kindly take a strict action and do the needful

                  I would surely end up doing something bad to myself if such situations ever happens again..

                    bank charge unnecessary for generate net banking password

                    I have kotak 811 account and my account no. Is [protected] i have been charged with unnecessary chargers of rs 80.83 on my account. Without any notification please solve this problem asap... They charge for net banking password change and they didn't inform about the charges...

                    Few days back kotak app stop working in my device with the error code 954, after that concern i called to customer care, they said due to multiple crn login in one device your imei blocked, or said visit to branch, after that i followed that procedure, but branch employees dont take it seriously, and said this is not a mobile repairing center, then i called to customer care again at branch and spoke to branch employee to talk them, after that customer care executive said drop a mail to rco department with this concern with screenshot of error message at kotak app. Now its been 5 days, they didn't respond. Thats it.
                    Please help me to solve my problem

                          I have opted for moratorium for june july august and one lady named rimi claimed to be off kotak bank made personal comment on me and my wife.

                          They sent their goons at my office and at my home.
                          When i told them i have emailed the nodal officer ms t kamat. They laughed and said paise to hum niklwa lenge kahi se.

                          Due to their continuous harassment i am facing personal issues as well. I have informed them i will make the payment from september depending on the situation yet they're harassing me and keep calling me all day.

                            In regards to my Personal Loan No:- APAC SPLN62963459
                            I have opted for MORATORIUM for the month of June July and August as per Banks mail to me on 5th June 2020, late i received mail from bank of 5th July 2020 with ref no 1-[protected], confirming that the request for moratarium has been processed.
                            But i am getting calls from collection team that your moratarium is not confirmed and i am continously harrassed by the collection team.
                            I have no information that my moratorium is not processed or declined, but still this kind of harssment.
                            I am totally broken because of this, as i am not getting full salary and on top this kind of harassment, very unprofessional approach by Kotak.
                            Hope this matter would be resolved at the earliest.

                                  I took a personal loan from the kotak mahindra bank.
                                  I have always been paying with my payment timely.
                                  I also paid in lockdown . And I took the moratorium for June to July August . because i am job less due to COVID-19. But some collection agency
                                  Making pressure .
                                  And some people sit at home every day. Where my wife lives alone and thus they are creating mental tension.
                                  In this way the collection team of Kotak Mahindra Bank is creating tension, please take any action as soon as possible.

                                    I was not getting salary for 4 months and my salary account with kotak dried up due to Covid-19, i quited my previous org and joined a new company with greated package i gave them my kotak account as it was salaried account and i like kotaks services, but this is really disappointing, when i recieved my salary post 4 months they have put an hold of around 15k as TMBS charges, i mean why in the hell would you do that when a person is down and basically salary less for around a qauter, i did not expect this form kotak
