Even though i had applied for moratorium for the month of april and may and then again for june-july-august, kotak tried to charge me. Due to insufficient funds, the payment bounced and i was charged debit return fees for the month of april and june. I have the confirmation that i have applied for the moratorium. I’m no where at fault here still i have to bear a loss of around ₹[protected]. This is completely a fault of kotak that they tried to charge me even after applying for moratorium. Please do look into it at the earliest and find a way to get my money reimbursed. Either you refund my money or ask the other bank to refund it. I’m no where at fault here. I’ve been on this since last couple of weeks. I’m tired of it. Contact me on [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com

    I have applied for moratorium for june, july, august on around 1 june only before deduction of emi, as i have to bear expenses of my family,, they still deducted my emi, as i was having less money in account, so the rest amount is put on hold. Customer care is saying, for june it is deducted,, your moratorium will continue from july,, i want my june emi back,, i am already in debt.

      Dear sir,

      As per rbi. Banks instructed to give borrowers a grace period of three months for payment of emis.

      Because of not paying emi's taken from indiabull finence company. Your bank has deducted my loan bounce charges of rs.3000 / -
      In this month which i had kept for my house expenses.

      When indiabull finence company is charged any loan bounce charges during this lockdown period. So why did your bank taking this charge?

      So, i request you to refund my all deducted amout taken by your bank.

        Kotak mahindra bank turned my 118 account to 10000 min balance account and then converted to 3 in 1 account, then zero balance account finally with a long wait. Now i need to submit cancellation cheque of 200 rs in kotak securities but when i credit balance in the account instead of cheque my balance was debiting as charges.

        Due to employees targets consumer like me are effected.

        Please withdraw my balance and provide me only zero balance account.

        I have went to bank multiple times just to convert these accounts. (Bangalore and hyderabad)

              transaction reversed

              I transferred funds from my account to my mom's account. The amount was credited in my mom's account but instantly debited, even i didn't received it in my account also...

                I have a ecs mandate from dhani loan, even though i foreclosed their loan before the due date. They have initiated ecs charges from kotak. Now my account has -1760. Please reverse the ecs charges

                  My account has been deducted for rs.885. For annual fee on debit card.
                  While taking the account i got an update from your executive that there wont be any charges were present on the bank account and debit cards.
                  I don't know why you are trying to deduct now.
                  If this goes on and i wont get any reimbursement for the money which was deducted, i will cancel my kotak bank account.
                  Can you update and provide me the refund asap.

                    - date of incident: 6th june 2020 & 7th june 2020
                    - atm cw fees-dom debited 8 times of rs.23.60 and 2 times of rs.10.03 in my account without even notifying me.
                    - i need a proper explaination,
                    * what is this about
                    * about why this happened
                    * when i got my money back
                    - already i faced lot of issues with kotak about auto fixed deposit without notifying which made me fear.
                    - now again this.. I am disappointed the services about not notifying the customer.

                      Financial loss of ~ rs. 3.2 lacs due to negligence
                      Case : forward booking of 60k+ usd oblivious to the right instruction causing a huge financial loss on the conversion value of the usd to inr.

                      Irrespective of the fact that i am a supposedly privy league nri customer, there is complete negligence of handling customers money.

                        One of the worst bank send all the required details like transaction id and all that even that not getting refund.
                        Is this the way this bank treating his customers daily i don't have that much time to send mail again and again

                                    I have been charged 351rs and 394Rs for the month july and august respectively in the name of minimum balance non mantainnce charges, where as I have always kept balance more than mention minimum balance I.e. 10000.

                                    They charged me in months of May 2020 for month of July and august without prior notice.
