I had opted for a payswiff swipping machine. However, it was cancelled in the month of January with an acknowledgement letter saying it would be charged again and it was also acknowledged by the Kotak Mahindra bank that it won’t be charged. Now, again it has been charged for ECS Return. It’s been happening for about 5 months and the bank keeps on debiting.
I need my refund back.
