I'm birender singh customer of your bank sec 15 gurugram haryana since 5-6 years. Today i went there to deposit the gst there but they refused me rudely. They just talked me very badly. It happened to me 2-3 times but i ignored it but this time it is ridiculous. The services of your bank are poor. The staff are not co-operative.
Here your bank branch is in my area where the staff are good and services also.
Please take some strict actions.
If not i'll withdraw my bank account and shifts it to another bank.

        Hello sir/madam,

        I am holding kotak mahindra account since 2019. It is a salary account. It was told at that time that there is no charge applied by bank for atm withdrawal for any number of online transactions at any bank atm domestic

        There are total 4 times 23.60 and 1 time 29.50 has been deducted in the month of mar'20 and 4 times 23.60 and 1 time 39.00 has been deducted in the month of apr'20

        My account number is [protected]. Without any payment my account balance is showing zero while earlier it was Rs 2321. This could be a fraud.. request full refund of this amount.. in these tough times, didn't expect kotak mahindra to do such unjust activities with its middle class customers..

          Kotak Mahindra bank has deducted money from saying it is a TmBS charges.

          No information is given, no deduction notification, they just take it, in the last 1 week 800 rd has been deducted from my account.

            Hi,
            I have a salary account with kotak mahindra bank and i have a personal loan going on. As soon as the rbi announced for moratorium, i opted for it but they did not acknowledge it immediately and accepted only on april 4.
            In the meantime, emi amount got debited on april 1st. When i contacted the customer help desk, they replied that my money will get refunded by april 15. But it did not happen and i contacted them again on april 15. But they replied that by april 30th, emi amount will get refunded. But till now, the money is not refunded.
            Now, the help desk says that kotak will not refund for any customer for whom they have debited the emi amount. I am pissed off and not sure what to do. Please help the customers to reach rbi so that kotak will refund the amount.

                Hi this is Benita I have credit card in Kotak Mahindra Bank since I took the card till today I have not used the card because Kotak Mahindra Bank people have blocked the card and last year they said my card has released I can use the card but till today they have not released my card they are giving me false statement Everytime.
                Without activating my card in not able to use it but every year they are charging me card charges amount from me.
                I'm requesting them to release my card to use but they are not releasing and they are calling me more than 10 times per day to pay card charges.
                Without activating my card why should I pay every year charges for them and I'm not using the card also Everytime they are cheating Customers and looting money from customer.
                When I call customer care also they are not responding me.
                So please take action on Kotak Mahindra Bank immediately and help customers.

                  Hi viewers,

                  I have a salary account with kodak mahindra bank and suggest i see rs 673/- has been deducted as non-maintenance charges. As like everyone does i had sent an email to salaryhelpdesk. [protected]@kotak.com and i appreciate that i got an immediate response in an hour or so that the amount will be reversed with in 3 to 4 working days. I was quite happy with the response but there was also a clause mention that after deduction gst i wonder why on earth i have pay gst banks mistake so immediately i write bank them and since from that to today there was no response at all and today is the 6th day from time i had sent mail. I had sent multiple follow up mails but no response...

                  Finally i had to burst out as its my hard earn money and i cannot let it go just like that and i had to write my frustration on mail where i had specifically mention " bunch of # working " which quite not good terminology but being a human and since there was no response after multiple mail been for 4 days i had to burst out...

                  The real issue starts now...

                  Immediately after i wrote that email a guy name bhagat had called me on phone and i wonder on what ground he called me coz he is not even my relationship manager... The way he spoke to me was i have done blunder and i have apologize for that and requesting manner was like warning me to mention the above the above content.

                  Later, in another 30 min i received a call from my hr where in work stating that the guy name bhagat has complaint about me.. So strange right am a kodak customer and i have an issue this guy calls me n warns me n den later complains about me to hr.. Seriously??

                  Why is that the hr being involved in me and bank so stingy.. My exception is simple my salary account was a pro saving account before converting and i was a reputed account holder of kodak since there was an issue with bank brach i didn't wants to keep my saving and investment kodak however, still wanted to have the account active hence converted as salary account.. My salary is being credited in kodak account every month as usual i just want the amount to be reversal to my account.

                  I took a wrong decision by creating an account in kotak mahidra bank... Please help me with my hard earn money.

                    submitted moratorium but still cutting money from my account

                    Hi sir/madam
                    After RBI announced a moratorium period for loans I submitted a request to the bank on 2nd April 2020 but still in3 days later they cut the amount from my account.
                    So I called the customer care for a refund. First, they said your money will refund in 5-7 working days. But money did not received so I called them back after 7 days. This time they said your money will refund in 20 days. But after 20 days I called...

                        the misleading charges of atm cw dom fee

                        Dear kotak mahindra bank,

                        I have been using this account from last 1 years and my kotak account is 0 balance basic saving deposit account but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.23.60 on the daliy basis for the atm cw fees-dom. As per my knowledge there are 5 transctions are free in a month and i had withdrawal hardly 1 aur 2 times. I have charged 3 times till today, your bank is keep charging rs.23.60...

                        I was unemployed last 1.5 year and when i opened account in kotak i worked only 2 months due to medical conditions company terminated me. And from feb i got job. I didn’t used the account 1.5 year. When i got salary i got to know that non maintenance charges me 5000 something. Due to this sudden pendamic i am suffering from issues because i am only earning member in my family currently we are living in a village and my salary is also very less. So i request you to understand my situation and do the needful.

                                  Hello sir,
                                  My name [censored]al deshmukh. I had a salary account in kotak mahindra bank. I have this account since july 2018 years, i have converted my account to saving account on 7 march 2019. I recently go through my account activities/ past transactions and found that kotak mahindra bank stating deduction of rs 2360/- from my account without any kind of prior intimation.
                                  1) when the salary account was opened i was told that it will be a 0 balance account (So how the non maintenance charge was deducted)
                                  2) secondly my account balance shows amount deducted rs 2399/- for non maintenance on march 20 for month august 19 to november 19.
                                  What kind of a bank is kotak mahindra, that they charge deductions wrongfully??? That too without any prior intimation
                                  Is this not some kind of a scam going on???
                                  Is it not many people in this complaint board suffering from similar grievance like mine???
                                  We seek your help. Please refund my hard earned money back immediately or else i will have to close my account and say good bye to kotak forever.
