Dear Sir/Mam,

Hope you are doing well.

This is to bring in your notice that i missed my credit card payment last month because of delay in receiving the salary.

I received a call from bank end and post i explained the situation to them they told me that sir no an issue please provide a check of Rs.8000/- for 31st-March'19 by doing this your account will be in good standing and credit card will remain active, so as i was due to receive the salary on 31st-Mar i provided the cheque.

Today i received my salary and when i checked my account i found that my account is on hold of Rs.80000/- which is my total CC outstanding.

I called the customer care executive and asked to take the request to deducted the minimum due of 16000/- from available balance and release the rest of the amount and remove the hold.

But the call center executives are asking me pay the entire O/S amount (80000/-) post which they will be able to take the request to remove the lein from my account.Please help :(

Requesting you to help me in this as i not a regular defaulter and i was making regular payment, just for this month it was delayed because of my salary issue.

Please help in taking the request to debit the minimum due and release the rest of the amount in my account so that my account remains in good standing with credit and bank account remain in active state.

Please help me in this crisis situation.

    Fraud occurred in my account (On 20th march) and the team is not helping me anyway..

    When customers are not sharing any critical information and then also frauds are happening, in such actions, bank should be responsible as upi transaction, no two-factor authentication was also received.in these how on earth can a customer avoid or control such frauds or transactions.

    Note: investigation is also incomplete and also not giving any surety whether this occurred via debit or account.in the latter case, i would like to close my account.

    In any of the cases, the customer should be contacted rather than just sending an email which purely sends a message that your bank is allies with such fraudsters raising from customers and proofing that it is customer's mistake where they don't have any option than to just grief about it.

    I need an adequate and timely response on this or i shall definitely drag the bank to court.

    If the money is gone, so be it, i shall make the bank also suffer when they don't understand their customer's situation.

    If you do not understand customer's situations, then your reputation is already on stake.

    ONE QUESTION: HOW ON EARTH THE BANK DON'T HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT FRAUDSTER WHEN YOU MAKE IT REQUIRED TO SHOW IDENTITY PROOF (AADHAR CARD, RESIDENCE PROOF, REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER).
    NOBODY CONTACTED ME YET.. This is really sham Bank who doesn't really helps their customers.

      I have a salary account in kotak mahindra bank and a credit card from them as well. Everything was fine but suddenly, they are blocking my amount in account without any prior notification since last month. When contacting them they are informing that as per their bank policy, they can hold my account if i do not pay the minimum credit card amount for two consecutive months. However, i already paid it in the month of january and february. Still they hold my account and do not respond to mails. They have a chargeable phone number and always prompt me to call on their number to resolve the issue. I still have 1200rs on hold and cannot add any money as i know they will block again.

      In the time of crisis like this, they still behave like an money luring company always talking about their profits and policy to make fool o[censored]s.

        I hv booked flight ticket on kotak kaymall flights through goibibo.com on 1 march 2020. I cancelled my ticket on 20 march directly through indigo airline website. Indido processed refund to [protected]@goibibo same day. But i hv not received refund yet. I hv sent many emails to [protected]@goibibo.com but they are not replying. I also called customer care but no one receiving call. Please help me in getting my refund

          One of your customer name kunal jala account no, [protected] with ifsc code kkbk0000657. Cheating the people using other cars paper to deal and getting advance payment thru online, further he cheat with no responce to the buyers, he cheated many people using the said account, i further say we have launched the complaint to police station, and further some political people like mns are helping to find the said guy. We are in propblem he cheated many. So this is for your information for further acation. I am attaching the documents which will be the self explanatory about the cheater.

            Recently i have opened kotak 811 account on 14.03.2020 online. During opening of account i have deposited r. S.2000/- as initial deposit through debit card payment. This is a ecom payment through citrus pay to kotak and the same is reflected in my account immediately.

            On 19.03.2020, an employee from kotak mahindra bank has visited my house for kyc verification and explained their schemes in 811 product. After that i shown interest in their 811 edge product with a monthly average balance of rs.10000/-. He told that tomorrow your account will activate then you will send remaining amount of rs.8000/- in the account.

            The next morning (20.03.2020) i have received a message from kotak that account is activated and they had sent a link to deposit remaining amount of rs.8000/-. This a payment gateway link through citrus pay. On the same day at night 9:00 pm i had deposited rs.8000/- through the link i had received from bank through my other bank debit card. My amount is debited in my bank account but it is not credited in my kotak bank account.

            On 21.03 2020 i had called on the customer care of the bank and informed the same. Customer care executive has informed to wait for 24 hours. But still my amount is not credited in my kotak account.

            The kotak mahindra bank app or citrus payment solution are not able to provide any option to verify the status through transaction id.

            I have enclosed the screen shot of my transaction with transaction id which shows my transaction status is sucess.

            So i request the bank to verify the details with your online gateway merchant partner and credit the amount in my account immediately.

              Im kotak bank existing cutomer. Some days before there was a personal loan againt credit card offers shown at my account so i apply bia kotak app.
              I got mail of loan reference number and it will take 5 working fays for further process.
              After 4/5 days when is was trying to pay some bill via credit card it has been declined, then i checked my credit card account in kotak app and i was shocked that my credit card outstanding was -95000/- even my credit card limit is 15000/-
              Even i have not used any amount and how can it showing -95000 is outstanding.

              Even i not got any updates on my personal loan againt credit which i applied from kotak app

                Hi, this is fraudulent transaction that went through on 17feb 2020 for the bill of 10998/-. I am completely responsible for the fraudulent transaction as i must have been carefull. Yet, the amount exceeded by the credit limit. It was over due by 4000/-.
                So my dispute is that why was the transaction even approved when their was not sufficient credit limit.

                I have been receiving calls daily 2 or 3 times, but i am not interested in taking credit card from kotak, please remove my number [protected] from your telecallers list or else i will not use kotak for banking anymore

                  Myself ashok kumar barnwal was holding kotak mahindra bank credit card since very long time but on 4th dec.'2017 somebody has made fraud transaction of rs. 89775/- from my credit card ending card no. 0654. I immediately call to their customer care department and complaint that. They immediate block my credit card. I also sent e mail to them within 24 hrs but till the date matter has not been resolve. Even several emails sent to credit card head, ceo, crime branch delhi, rbi etc. But still my case is pending. Day before yesterday, i applied for icici bank loan and they reject our loan, due to bad credit policy. When i ask to them, they told me that you have pending dues of rs.101335.39 of kotak mahindra credit card.

                  I humble request to you, kindly help me on this matter. I will thankful for that.

                      There was a loan in my father in law (Narayana murthy) name, but the recovery agency of your bank is calling my friends/acquaintances and stating that i took a loan from the bank and is not answering your calls.

                      I spoke to the person who was calling my friends and harassing them in my name he spoke in a crude manner and said that your father in law loan is there and we will do the same thing we are doing for past three days until she pays. He is threatening will call my company and give wrong statement about me.

                      I asked them to go through a legal channel but they again told me do whatever you want we will not stop.

                      I have nothing to do so with the loan and i request you to stop them from calling my friends and family even if my father in law took the loan what is my fault in that.

                      The agency name is shiva and calling from below numbers.

                          On day of 4th march, 2020 without any intimation and acceptance of me rs.5000/_ was debited for term deposit (Td) and rs.2, 199/_ was debited for card protection plan (Cpp) from my sb a/c. I am not at all interested at both these plans and so please cancel the both and refund the amount to my account at an earliest. Since i am a very small employee i am feeling very much hardship and difficulty with this kind of activities of your bank. Do needful at an earliest.

                            Around a 1 year ago i have a transaction of around 60k and due to some personal problem, i was unable to pay the emi on time.

                            I want to inform you that your credit card team is contacting my friend from social media and abusing them so that i will pay the amount.

                            I want to tell you that no one has the right to take contacts from social media. I request you henceforth if you contact any of my friends from social media specificly. (1) majunath pawar. (2) venky choudari (3) nirmal vijayan

                            Then i will take legal action against this.

                              Sir, i am having an account (Account number [protected]) with kmb. Branch name. Indiranagar bangalore.
                              I got debited 531 rs on 26 feb 20 for razorpay software. It was showing that, charge" ecs return on 19 feb 20. But i was having a balance of 1000 rs on 19 feb 20. So why it had been debited??? Plz go through all these transaction details for 19 & 26 feb 20. Plz do the needful and initiate the refund of 531 rs as soon as possible. Plz also brief me about it at my registered mobile number [protected].

                                I lost my debit card. So i called and block the same. I tried to access my netbanking account it's showing banking account is block.

                                Now i tried to connect kotak customer care service it's asking me to enter pin

                                What the hell how i will get pin, if i not hv debit card.

                                I hv requested new debit card a month back
                                I hv not received yet

                                It's very dirty service provider bank.
                                I got fine charge for credit card: which i don't received anytime

                                  I applied for a kotak 811 account online. After 5 days one useless guy came to my place for doing the full kyc. He was doing very fast and he changed my address and name and everything and finally my account got collapsed. I applied for a physical debit card in that also name is wrong and name is not printed. I want kotak mahindra bank manager to contact me personally and sort this issue if not i want kotak mahindra to back my debit card and delete my account and refund the money i paid.

                                    Me and my family are daily getting harassment calls on behalf of kotak mahindra bank. Someone far in my family would have taken some loan which we don't even know about. These guys are calling my family members daily 50 calls and abusing us.
                                    This is really irritating and even i've the recording.
                                    Even when we have nothing to do with the loan why are we being harassed.
