the complaint about upi reversal transaction

The bank gave up on my complaint stating they can't help me as the other bank failed to respond.
The concern is about money. It's insane that a bank gives up and keeps the money with them.
They took 35 days to respond the query and nothing has been updated. The fault is from kotak bank. Is there any other superior to escalate as the money matters alot to me than to bank....

I have received 150rupees via Google pay upi to my Kotak Bank only 91 rupees credited but the statement showing 150 rupees and closing balance is also 150 rupees but my available balance is only 91 rupees where the remaining amount this is illegal . Whereas every record of transaction shows 150 rupees but my account has only 91 rupees available balance. Please take action asap and return my remaining amount.asap

      I have been a victim of Fraud where this company DubaiTravelsLLC
      (Mr.Akshay Mittal Sales Manager) has taken Rs 15200 from me in the name of getting my visa and airline ticket to dubai. He was not able to do either of that and asked me last moment that there is some problem and said that he will to return my money. He has since then not returned my money and has stopped taking my call.

      I have proof of the money I sent to his bank account( Rs 15200) and also have a payment invoice from him ( Rs 6600).

        My crn no. Is[protected]

        On 4th feb 2020 i activated kotak credit card which i had deactivated to prevent auto-debit deduction, but somehow because of the glitch from bank, it sent the request for a new credit card than activating the deactivated credit card.
        And bank charged 1500+270 (Gst) for the same.

        Now they are ready to reverse 1500 amount but not the gat charge. When i have not initiated a new credit card why should i be charged even 1 rupee for kotak bank application glitch or whatever the reason is.

          I have a kotak credit card with crn no.[protected] and using this cc since 2017 and no dues till november 2019. I paid rs. 8200/- on 6th of january 2020. Post that i started getting calls from recovery agencies stating they are from kotak bank specially from (+91 [protected] & 91 [protected]) person from this no. [protected] started spreading that i am a thief and i ran away by taking banks money at my neighbour and the next call ended with argument and insulting, abusive way. Which was disgusting. I told all the agent that my financial situation is gone bad hence i wont be able to pay the funds for few month once it get better i will repay entire amount as i am genuine customer of the bank since last 3 years. After that i got a call from mr. Kailash (91 [protected]) and he asked me to arrange 15k in 2 days (Sat and sun) which was not possible for me i even told him the same situation of why i am not able to pay the amount. I told him to please put the remark and ask bank to put all the necessary penalties which i will pay soon. Even i had sent him the abusive and harrashment call from the first agent which he said that is from the agency and stick with his statment of paying the funds. He told me that he have the detials of my office and the chairman of the same. Post that he spread my chairman contact details to the agency and my
          Chairman started getting anonymous calls stating form kotak bank and how can you keep a employee in you compay who is thief and stole money from bank and with cheap language and conversation they ended call all the time.in a day my chairman got around 15-20 calls like this for 11th and 12th feb since early morning.

          This all conversation with the agents specially from above both numbers were unfair and abided the law.

          Once again i am stating that i will be paying this dues in next few month but no now as i am not in the situation to pay that. But if such harrasment call disturb my image at my workplace i might need to take serious step about my life.

              My name is kareema. I am an new account holder in kotak bank. My account number is [protected] and crn number is[protected]. I applied for 811. My contact person was akshay pawar he suggested me to open for 10000 savings account and also told me about the benefits of this account so i opened this account because of his suggestions. After opening of account after 2-3days i told that i want to apply for the credit card so he said to me that you can apply for privy league account as it requires cheque of an amount of rupees 500000/- (5lacs) and told me about the benefits if this account and he also comitted that i will get the credit card. I also told him that i have never applied for loan or credit card before than also he said that no problem mam you will get the credit card. But now my credit card request has been declined. I am very disappointed by the kotak bank services as their employees false commits to their holder and i am unhappy from the services of kotak bank

                I got a call from a lady saying she was from kotak group and that she wanted to have me interviewed the next day between 11am to 2pm for a post of recruiting officer. I had my doubts the first time because she was babbling with bengali and her english was poor to say the least. So the next day it was already quarter to 12 and i was till at home, so i got the call again from the same lady, but this time i asked her what the job entails, but she wouldn't spit a word. Instead she told me that i would be informed about the whole prospectus when i get there. So my suspicion was confirmed, and i went online straight away and tried to dig them up, and guess where i ended up? Here.

                    I applied the credit card on 29/01/2020. I got 3 verification calls and 3 physical verification (1- house, 2- office). I have recored clips of bank executives. Finally on 5/2/2020, one executive called me and asked me where to deliver the card whether in house or office? Iam doing business and iam a sole proprietor of the company. Since, iam doing trading business, i was not available in office (5th and 7th of february 2020) but executive had a chat with me over a call. After todays verification, i checked my status, it shows declined. My cibil score also is very good. Moreover i applied for kotak card based on existing hdfc credit card with limit 125000. I applied because, kotak gives best offers and rewards.
                    I called customer care 2 times, they dint respond properly. Really iam frustrated for this issue. Iam going to complain this issue to rbi ombudsum, consumer court with all the proofs, cibil report from transunion website and audio clips, i have. Because i want know the exact reason behind decline or reprocess my application.
                    If not, iamgoing to make defensive marketing against kotak bank to all my friends, families and strangers through, social media platforms and through call not to open or continue any service in kotak bank. Since you ruining peoples life.

                    I mailed this issue to customer support, they replied yesterday me that my application is rejected due to not attestating the kyc documents.
                    I remember well that, i have signed all the documents in the bank in front of credit card executive. I too have sbi, hdfc, icici cards. If not attested, you should have hold the application and called me for further process. Kotak bank calls me 3 times for verification alone another 3 times for physical verification.
                    I thought of opening current account in kotak by closing existing od /cc account from another bank. But never open and iam going to suit a file in rbi ombudsum and consumer court with all the proofs i have and also going to indulge in defensive marketing against kotak bank. Worst bank ever seen.
                    Rejecting the application for not attestating kyc documents instead of holding the application.

                        Crn[protected]. I was charged 885₹/-for annual debit card fee which was never informed to me while opening account by the bank executive. Would be referring kotak escalation matrix, if reversal of 885/- not gets approved. Uninformed 885/- was debited from acc on 27th jan 2020 without any prior intimation. I didn't received any email/ msg regarding the same. Can't expect such pathetic service from kotak. No bank charges so much for even a platinum card. Don't clarify regarding the concern that the charges were for annual debit card fees etc. Only provide a firm evidence if bank has sent any email/message for such unauthorized deduction. It is a serious matter which needs to be taken into consideration urgently. It feels vulnerable that i've no security from bank itself. Bank itself deducting money without any notice. That is completely unacceptable and a offensive act.

                        Because of your swindle service, switching to genuine bank. Was thinking to make it a primary bank but because of such inconsiderate service never gonna use kotak ever. Nor do gonna recommend it to anyone. Never seen such avarice bank. Not even worlds best international bank charge so much for annual debit card fee. Don't deserve to serve trustworthy banking to customers. Impecunious and deceit service. Customer's gonna diminish from this counterfeit bank. Worst experience! Poor & futile bank!
                        Kindly reverse the amount else won't be using this bank anymore. And will be reaching to kotak senior most escalation matrix!

                            balance deducted from my zero balance account

                            I am holding kotak mahindra account since 2017. It is a Zero Balance Account. It was told when i opened my account in kotak mahindra that the bank will charge nothing for this type of account because it is a simplly basic zero balance account which is called 811 account.

                            There are total 2 deductions of 23.60 and 2 deductions of debit card charges of 130.68 and 104.14 in the last two months.

                            You people are putting hidden charges, saying there are liens on my account. Every time i credit the emi amount of 1000 rupees, 400 rupees being debited for nothing. Where is the amount going? How do i know, how much liens are there in my account. Its been a year and a half since you are debiting my money. And still, this is growing day by day. This is in regard to the loan taken with indiabulls, hardly i had 5 check bounces, for that, i have been charged every month for 15 months. Already much amount has been debited from my account, but there is no updation in the statement or lien pending amounts.

                            Needing a very immediate resolution. I have posted the same on twitter to let people know, how scams happen.

                              Complain against mr. Naveen vashisth (Naveen. [protected]@kotak.com), ms. Divya mudgill (Divya. [protected]@kotak.com) and ms. Gunjan singh (Gunjan. [protected]@kotak.com) and ms. Swathi sharma who is the worst of them all. They have claimed that a loan was taken by me, mr. Inigo fernando in 2008 for rs. 3 lakhs.

                              Dear fellow people,

                              I have been using the kotak credit card for the past 2 years. I have been paying the amount every amount that i have been used for. Suddenly i got a message from kotak saying that "your credit limit has been reduced to some xxx rupees. They have charged me some 4000 rupees as a overlimit fee. Next month i have got the same message saying that" your credit limit has been reduced to "yyy" rupees. Then i decided to close my outstanding amount which 1, 21, 000 and i paid 1, 18, 000 rupees on 16 th jan 2020. Suddenly two days back i got a message from kotak bank saying that "your credit card limit has been reduced to 4000 rupees from 1, 21, 000 followed by a sms saying that i have used 90% of the credit card limit. Today i got a statement saying i have my interest charges for rupees 5088 for the outstanding 3800 rupees.

                              Outstanding amount should be : 3000 + taxes

                              Now, i got a total outstanding of 10, 704.00 rs
                              Please note that i didn't even use a single rupee from this card after knowing their scam. Please should know the truth about this banking scams.
                              I owe a proper explanation from the bank. If not i am going to file a complaint and planning to provide all the to my media people and create awareness about this kotak credit card scam. People please be careful

                                Why these kotak bank people are looting the money with higher interest rates as i compared with other banks. Also these people are charging one assist charges more than 4500/- rs but i tried to ask personal loan respresentative they are saying different answers. I was told to personal loan respresentative when i was applied for a loan of tenure 24 months but they had provided 36 months. I tried to reduce for 24 months they are saying that it is system generated so we can't able to change it. Finally these people are provided me 17.75 percent interest rate for 155000/- rs.3 yeras. Interest rate after gst, processing charges, one assist charges etc. I am getting 22 percent interest rate. It is a worest bank i have ever seen my humble request don't take loan on this much of interest rate.

                                  This is to inform you that i kuldeep mukul shahi holder of (Crn[protected] is writing this to bring to your notice that i have been mentally harassed by some persons calling them kotak bank employees but they talk like illetrate person. They are goons threatening me to make the payment or else they would beat me or do bad to me. Is this the way banker's & assigned agencies behave or kotak bank has hired goons for the recovery and do they think that anyone can make payment after facing such tortures.

                                  I'm already much mentally disturbed due to financial crisis & business losses. They are increasing my mentally trauma. Banker's/recovery agent commit house tresspass without showing their i'd card and shouts and threatens my family to make payment or else they would do bad to me and mr. Rakesh kumar gautam (Manger) threatens me on call dated 21/01/2020 if payment not done before 23 jan then they will come to my house with some local goons and they doing bad with me even my friends and relatives also harassed on call by bank.

                                  Sometimes, i think commiting suicide is much easier to me than handling their mental pressures and if i do so kotak bank and specially banker mr. Rakesh kumar gautam (Manger) & mr. R d sharma mobile no..[protected], [protected] @email id (Rakeshkumar. [protected]@kotak.com) will be responsible. My father is a senior citizen & heart patient and they are not well after above mention incident happened. They are worried. Something happens to me than who'll be responsible - banker mr. Rakesh kumar gautam or kotak bank who is supporting my family or hiring these kind of people or agencies for recovery/collection.
                                  My family does not know anything about my card and related debt and also they are not responsible to pay than why are they facing harassment.
                                  I was a sincere customer before my situation wasn't bad i have no intention to default.

                                  Please do something before its too late and i loose my patience and is forced to do something which i don't want to..

                                  In the attached screenshot you can check Kotak Mahindra Bank has applies some extra charges without any prior information. Trust is breaking with Kotak bank. Please help me to get the same back.

                                  As this is a zero balance amount so there charges levy on my account. Please revert back my amount to my account.
                                  Dear sir mere credit card account me se 29th December 2019 KO Rupee's 999 ka amount kat hua tha. 31th December 2019 ko amazon se refund ho chuka hai but mere account me nahi aya hai sir.

                                  I am previous employee of kotak Mahindra Bank one day taken resion for manager of there working employees. every join there manager under thay directly told go out and resion I see two people already they no notice period and loss of F& F and they not complete any where but I am requesting to do not like this situation because everyone have family and every need job so why like this authority to give manager to directly employees you not come office tomorrow and whatever. I request please stop this. Bank is very good I like but sum person control employees right
