Hi, i have been using kotak mahindra credit card since long. This year i had exhausted my kotak credit card limit, so i asked customer care to convert my total bill (1.6 lakh) into emi. At initially they accepted they request but dint give any confirmation about it, later when i called customer care they said the request hasn't really been approved so they registered my request again. Later after 4/5 months, i started getting calls from their recovery team only to find out that they are running 2 emi on the same amount, and recovery agents came to my office without permission and started making scenes that they wont go until i clear my bills on the same day itself. I had to pay 75k same day, and later when i called customer care they cancelled the wrong running emi on my request. Now i have only one emi on this credit card account, and i am asking from bank people to give me clarity over my final bills but they are not able to give any clarity by saying that they are not able to produce the emi letter. Please suggest, what should i do, i want to close this case fully?
