My crn[protected]. 10days back i applied for cheque book. I got msg from u. Cheque book has dispatched, but still now i have not recieved. Speedpost people also not responding. And i applied for passbook also. I got msg u can go and collect it from ur branch. I went to branch they said passbooks are not avilable and they dont know when will the passbook availble. What can i do. What a worst experince from kotak bank. Pls solve my issue as soon as possible.

    The credit card has been blocked without any notice by the bank and the reasons are not being disclosed with me due to you there banks internal policies i would really like to know what is happening why my card has been blocked i tried maintaining the card all the dues on time so that i can maintain my limit along with the cibil score and let me know

      Hello team,

      I don't have any account with kotak. But these bank people are harassing me to pay other people credit card bill.

      Daily calling me personally harassing me and insulting my family members.

      Not sure why kotak mahindra people doing like very very worstly talking to me.

      Please do need full, still i am not understanding why i have to pay other people bank credit card bill's i never have any accounts with kotak mahindra.

      Arif telling he will. Come to office and he will do some some nonsense and he will fight with me in my office and he telling he will take off my job.

      Mentally they are harassing me and when ever i am asking to come to police station he is telling he won't come he is always telling he will come to my office only.

      Please do something, can i file case against kotak mahindra this is mentally torched for me

      Daily calling and harassing me and saying everyday we will co.e to your home and we will harass your family members and using bad words on my family members do I need to give complaint on kotak bank in police station and court.

      I will give legal notice to kotak mahindra bank.

        touch screen not working - atm

        I have noticed for last few days that the kotak mahindra bank atm at dwarka queens building near shivar chowk pune 411027 has an unresponsive or not working touch screen.

        There are no buttons on the atm, only touch screen.

        After inserting the card, the menu is shown on screen, however attempting to press the touch screen buttons results into nothing happening and eventually due to no response from...

        I don't have any information about that my adhar card is linked with an unknown salary account in kotak mahindra on 2015, i got to know about today (04-oct-2019) as i am working in g4s company so they have have taken details to me for opening a account but they got to know that i am registered earlier in 2015 with a salary account with minus balance so i want to close this bank i don't have any information regarding this only i know that much pllz deactivate this unknown account

        Hi i Have registered many times complaint through social media and call center. but till my issue has not been resolved, really such worst service ever.

            I am shubham singhal have account in kotak bank i also have balance of around 30thousand in my account than why you charge me non maintenance charge without any kind of prior information how you deduct my money from my account without any valid reason. Kindly send my money back or close my account asap.
            As i know very well we have to maintain some balance in our account so i already put 30k in my account but you guys deduct my money in the name of non maintenance charge i never use your atm i never use cheque book i never use your service but still i put my money in your account & in future i plan to put all my money in your account only but you guys broke my trust by deduct my money this is not your money without asking us how you deduct any money from my account its just because we think our money is safe so we put in bank but if this kind of things happen how we continue with kotak banks

                  I wish to bring to your kind notice the according last complaint.I kindly requested you to waive off the late fee, financial charges, all other tax from may 2019.but my some charges waived off .
                  i have made minimum payment recently if you will not waive off charges .i will be unable outstanding payment.
                  i had told you already everything.actually my illness was not well because of i left my job that is why i could not payment on time but now is everything is ok.
                  i want to make sure in future my payment will be not delay.

                      I have applied a personal loan balance transfer in the june 2017. My personal loan got approved and i received the welcome kit and the repayment schedule on july 2nd 2017

                      After that i did not receive the cheque for the balance transfer. When i asked the person he said loan got rejected. No one informed me the reason for the rejection.in cibil also it is reflected like i brought a loan of 10 lakhs.

                      Also, i went to the omr loan branch i met the staff he also did not say the exact reason

                      Again, i applied the loan last week in your bank now it is got rejected due to my previous loan got rejected.

                      I would like to know the reason for the rejection. Also i would like to raise the high level complaint against kotak mahindra bank for not providing proper reason for the rejection.

                            I am dr. Anurag sharma and i am working as a senior manager analyst at bank of america.

                            I had made a transaction of fifty thousand inr to a sbi account on 1st april 2018. The amount was debited from my account but was not credited to the beneficiary account in sbi.

                            The details of the transaction are mentioned below -

                            I have been requesting the manager of kotak mahindra sv road, goregaon branch (Branch code 683)

                            I have lodged a complaint to the customer care (Ticket number sr#1-[protected]) on 7th june 2019 and have spoken to them multiple times. I have also requested the manager at sv road branch (Branch code 683) as well but have not received a satisfactory reply except for saying that we have requested more information from sbi on the same.

                            Due to this issue and missing of 50, 000 inr, i have defaulted on my loan payments and i am facing a lot of difficulty now, and thereby incurred severe mental stress and financial crisis.

                            I have been a loyal customer of kotak mahindra bank for the last 5 years and have really liked the customer service of the bank. But this one incident and lack of communication from customer care and the branch manager has left me with bitter feelings.

                            I would request you to please request the concerned people to take this up on highest priority. I don't wish to escalate this matter to legal, consumer and other recourse, however i shall be forced to take radical steps by poor service offered.

                              Our company m/s skf exports based in mumbai has taken a business loan under agreement number csg[protected] dated 26/10/2016 for rs 1480000/- for a period of three years. Emi per month is rs 53877/- which is deducted by ecs through the cheques of tamilnad mercantile bank limited sewri mumbai branch. Due to gst being introduced some of our emi had bounced and immediately after knowing so or getting intimation from bank we have paid the emi through neft from our account in tmbl bank no [protected]. Till date all the emi have been paid late or on time.in november 2018 one emi bounced and so in feb 2019 we were surprised to receive a loan recall letter dated 12/02/2019 to pay the entire balance of 516833/- alongwith interest. Immediately we contacted the bank and requested the bank to give time and on receiving the time we made the payment by neft on 10/12/2018. Similarly the emi of feb 2019 bounced on 10/2/2019 and we immediately paid the same by neft on 21/2/2019.
                              To our surprise we received an arbitration notice from c. Prasanna venkatesh on 08/03/2019 asking us to appear in chennai on 11/03/2019 to argue for interim order to confiscate our movable properties. We immediately replied to them 0n 09/03/2019 to give a fresh date as it would not be possible for us to reach chennai in such a small notice of three days. Again on 22/03/2019 i received an interim order on 22/03/2019 that one court receiver would confiscate our movable property if we do not come on 25/03/2019 to chennai.
                              Again we wrote a letter to the arbitrator at chennai through our advocate mr prerak sharma to give time till april to appear. But no reply received from them. Then i received a letter from advocate k. M padhiyar ahmedabad that one cheque no 121043 had bounced for rs 107750/- on 15/3/2019.
                              Immedaitelyi replied to advocate kamlesh padhiyar that we had already paid the amoount by neft on 18/03/2019 and 28/03/2019 by neft. I also attached proofs of the banks neft receipts..

                              But now i am surprised to received by email on 11/09/2019 a form -1 schedule 5 c. P code with no date to appear in ahmedabad addl chief metropolitan magistrate court on 16/09/2019.
                              My complaint is why am i being harassed by the kotak mahindra bank when all the emi have been paid.in fact the loan is going to end in ocober 2019 meaning only two emi are pending of september and october 2019.

                                Few days back i received a call from sharmistha nandi (As i was informed that she is in one of the hr team of kotak mahindra group something like that) about a job vacancy that also of a hr recruitment and development designation. Since i'm a fresher i was surprised to hear that my cv was shortlisted and that also in a hr post. I went for the interview today and had a talk with her regarding the job profile and i was informed that i have to pay 1200/- for some training under irda which will be of 6 days theoretical along with an online examination and then 2 months of training as of practical desk work where i will be given 6 financial planning i. E. A survey for which i'll receive 50000/- as stipend. They also informed me that i have to submit my bank details including my adhar, pan card and other necessary things required for documentation.
                                So my question is why do they need my bank details, pass book for documentation?
                                Secondly, why would i pay 1200/- for getting training from the company where i'm myself applying for a job??
                                Thirdly, she was talking way too high about the job profile in which i got selected... I mean i know one thing that we should not pay anybody to get job in return. From my experience what i know is a company which is reliable will never charge anything for training or registration from a person who is turning up for the interview.

                                Iam not a customer of kotak Mahindra bank and I will never be now onwards.

                                Moreover they called by my wife's office and tried to defame her.

                                I will file legal complaint against the bank.
                                I dont know what is this for if you want to charge yearly fees kindly mention this now either you refund the amount debited or i know what is to be done.
                                I have never took statement neither from bank nor from mobile banking.
                                Then why the hell this charge. Govt stealing money other ways and you doing these cheats.

                                  जिसका अमाउंट मुझे अभी तक प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है तो मैं आपसे कहना चाहता हूं कि नहीं खिलाफ कड़ी से कड़ी कार्रवाई करें

                                    My account in kotak mahindra bank, l have applied four times from last one year duration period for kotak credit card..
                                    My credit score is 840..
                                    And they are continually rejecting it without any reason..
                                    My last application number is[protected]. One of person came for verification and after another day again they have rejected my credit card.
                                    I want to know exact reason why they are continusoly rejecting.
                                    Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
