Hi, My name is Harish Singh, I am receving calls from your collection department for making the payment of your credit card that I have availed.

The person who is calling me is abusing me and my dad very badly and as per RBI terms and condition, you guys cannot abuse anyone.
I have lost my job and not able to pay the amount now, same I have stated to the collection officer and told to please give me 2 months so that I can pay the same.
Now not able to get any resolution from your twitter handle also they have just registered a complaint regarding this with the complaint number 1-[protected].
I am ready to do the settlement for this credit card if possible please contact me so that we can find a resolution for this issue.
