Hi I'm visited your "Mithakhali Ahmedabad Gujarat India" branch and at there I've met with Mr. Sanjay and I'm complaining him to change my mail Id, name and Mobile number so he takes too much time to fill up our request form he has taken approx 2 hours. And after that he has some error to helping us, I didn't know about that you are having very low manpower of that branch, and I also didn't know that what's the issues are going there. I hope I'm very busy person so that past 2 hours was very important for me.

    Kotak people are calling me continously for loan repayment which is not taken by me. After visiting bank many times and provoided the details by mail this issue is not getting sorted out.These People have spoiled my cibil score and i am not getting loan in any bank. After provoiding all details again these peple are ordering me to visit the branch. Earlier this fake loan was followed by RBL bank once the details was provoide the cleared the account and sent me the clearence letter which is been shared to kotak bank, but there is no replay from them insted their loan recovery team is calling me and harrasing me.

      My Name Is Tushar Ribadiya I Had Open 811 Account online Then i Was Transfar Amt 6100 In new Account Credit After Thet To much Problem With My near Branch Bapunagar . I Am Going To Much Time In Bapunagar branch But they staff Is Very Bed His Name is Atul patel And Kyc Person Rudly behvior With Me And Not Given Proper Answer i Also Submited All My Kyc Document But Staff is Very Bed That Why I Deicied To Close My Account.

        I see this account is still open I want you to close ([protected]) this account with immediate effect. Also the DEMAT account needs to be closed linked with this account.

        I visited this branch last weekend and was advised to credit some amount of money to my account as a part of the process. However I don't want to use this account in any from nor the DEMAT account.

          Very bad behaviour of manager and staff non responsive manager i submit complain for managar he called my dad and spoken bad words to him i have the recording of the call between managr and my dad the manager called my dad and saying why you filled a complaint against me please see this matter this also incident is of kotak bank ulhasnagar branch and the staf[censored]nresponsive my dad called the staaff from 25 to 30 time she didnt picked up single call and i reached to the branch the staaff was having tea in the office hour i was like the play group of kids means such a bad staaff are there is dispute because my dad refuse to give them tha policy as they cant complete theri target so they started the bad behaviour means this is the direct blackmailing to the customer now manager is saying abi dekh tera account kaisa karta hu what kind of launge is this the strict action should be taken

            We have purchased Daikin AC air conditioner in January Month and that time Cash back of Rs.2500/- was applicable on this product after 3 EMI
            My 4th EMI also deducted but no cash back reflect in my account.

            I have called many time to Customer care number and mailed also but can't get any proper response from their side.
            I don't know what should i do?

            Please do the needful.

              iam Bandi Anand account holder of kotak mahindra bank .i was faced with ATM withdrawal problem .i made a transaction 22/04/2019 in ATM of rs 40, 000 first transcation was 20, 000 it was successfull .and the second trancastion was made same from the atm but from account has being debited from my account but there is no amount from the atm i informed to security but hr replied its servor problem .immediately i a raised a complaint in bank but they refused to take the complaint told to inform through online i raised a complaint through online but transcation has done and they took 10 days of time but it almost 50 days over there is no response from the kotak mahindra bank .i wnet to meet bank manager but atlast he said there is no extra amount in the bank how it could possible .its kotak servor problem becoz of them i a facing the problem ima suffering here short age of amount
              i kindly request you all to take a severe action against these bank people .

                My wife is getting call from land line no.[protected].Mr. Ravi claiming to be the representative Kotak Bank regarding Citibank Outstanding where there is no outstanding. She informed to talk to me. He is reluctant and using abusive language and calling all other offices and talking to them abusing her. I call ing several time to the same number they are reluctant to talk to me. All this amounts to outraging the modesty of the woman and accordingly, I am lodging the police complaint and need their office address to meet that Ravi to take further appropriate action against him.

                  Since i got my credit card i have not even open the pin and m not used it till now but still from last 4 months i am receiving msg for payment .
                  customer care said that the card is used in amazon prime on 10 of every month
                  what a big fraud ...
                  asking me payment of 2800 something without even using it.
                  need to correct it .as i am not at all liable to pay this bill.
                  worst ever service... kotak bank is such a hazard.
                  and i will surely not going to pay it at any condition.
                  kindly take action strict action against it...

                    I had to transfer a sum of 9600 to a person .I used google pay and it got transfer to some other person thinking him to be the right one but later came to know the amount has not been sent to the right person.

                    This amount is huge for me.I want it back.Also that person is not picking up my call.Please help me in this case.

                    I want to reverse the transaction as the transfer was not intentional.

                    Please let me the steps to get the money back.

                      1 I have Been Charged 118rs. Multiple times in my daughter minor saving account no [protected].
                      These charges are of rd installment failure. I was told by Ex.Branch Manager Kunal Uttamsingh that close your rd as you are been upgraded to privy you dont need to maintain rd & he has reversed rd amonut and closed my rd and told me minimum 10 times that your charges will be reversed.i was maintaing my rd but he told me that no need to pay in rd.

                      2. Debit Card Charges in 2current account which was told 100 times that it will be reversed by evening every time i got same answer by Bm Kunal Uttam Singh.

                      3. I was fooled for six month for privy account. Your account will be upgraded to privy today.again i call after one week it would be upgraded by evening i recived same answer for six month.

                      4. Grouping of accounts was done in two groups.
                      I was told all accounts will be grouped in one group. which was totally wrong commitment

                      5. Big Fraud was done by Mr nikhil while opening my daughter demat account. I was told that account is totally free no annual charges in account. big thing was that he come to my house and told sir need 500 rs cheque for opening of demat account which will be reversed in saving account after opening account i was told by same person mr.nikhil that are account opening charges. There was no answer from Bm Kunal Uttamsingh for reversal of 500rs.

                      I have visited branch twice or thrice a month and there is same answer from branch manager today evening your charges will be reversed. And now there was one new news that kunal uttamsingh was transferred to some another branch

                      I am fooled many times but i was letting it go but now it is enough

                      Please Resolve all my problem asap
                      Else i have to go legally with bank

                          I have borrowed a loan from a company called shub loan. Hence on 4th of every month is my ECS date, i had maintained the amount but due to some problem in the bank, they have deducted 852 Rs which i was not aware, a very next day i got message from my bank:

                          "We are unable to process your ECS request from A/c XXXX1946 for Rs. 2730.00 due to Insufficient Balance. For more details please visit your nearest branch"

                          It was assured my account was zero balance since it is salary account, and I was not aware until this ECS was declined due to insufficient balance, what is this new charges imposed on my account and why didn’t the bank inform me before and due to this, I couldn’t pay my EMI on time, kindle resolve and explain me issue, and you people know if loan not paid on time that would seriously impact on my credit score.

                            The credit card department do the fraud about card payments and not give the card statement payments and blackmailing to loss your cibil score and your name is listed in defaulted customers list. I requested the bank from last 5 months and he is not solve my problem. And day by day penalty are increased. So i request please solve my problem as per request. I want to give all payment according to my statement. I agree to pay but the bank don't provide me statement. Plz plz solve my problem. I shall be thankful to you for this

                              I have been charged as tbms, and i did not get any notification or sms or mail. At the time of acccount opening, it was said that zero balance account, now from bank, without any notification, i have been charge tbms charge of random amount. I need resolution on this.[protected] is my crn. I was charged on 14th may of rs. 22/-. Also transaction have done, are not in monthly statements. I don't know where my money is been used. I did not used it. But when i transfered some rupees in my account. There was less amount received in my account. Also not showing anything where my meney is settled or used or paid. This kind of fraud is not expected from bank. I need full resolution in this matter. Asap do something about it.

                                Dear team

                                I have a salary account with your bank.
                                In january 2019 i gave request to close my account in your feroze gandhi branch ludhiana. But they did not process my request they gave excuse ur account is linked with kotak securities account. That is also a bank part to close my securities account but they didn't.
                                Today i deposited money on my account of rs 16500/- they put hold on my money of rs 10183/- as ecs return charges.. They should reflect in my account as negative balanceof rs 10183/-but in my net banking that was never reflect that my account is negative so i deposited money in account then suddenly they put hold on my money.
                                I am salaried employee getting salary of rs. 18000/- how i can bear this it's huge amount for me kindly reverse my money as soon as possible or help me out where i have to accelarate this issue for justice

                                  My crn was created in pune at my company's head office and we had applied for corporate salary account & credit cards. Since, i actually live in nashik, the credit card was never delivered here and a couple delivery attempts were made in pune at my office address. Since i live in nashik, i could not accept the credit card delivery. After repeated attempts of calling the customer care and visiting the branch and updating the address to my nashik address, the card has not been delivered even then. It has been a year and i wish to close my credit card account and have some peace of mind not worrying that someone might get ahold of my card and misuse it. But even after calling multiple times to the customer care, my credit card account hasn't been closed. Please help me close my credit card account.

                                      not allowing locker

                                      Address: gurukul, 380052

                                      Newely opened kotak bank branch in gurukul area of ahmedabad, not allowing me any locker even i have demat cum saving account & 2000 fd
                                      Branch manager is saying, no locker will be allotted without spouse account.
                                      I have met more than 10 times to miss krishna & called her more than 30 times for that before opening of branch.
                                      At that time, they were told me that u wl get locker on fd of 20000.
                                      Now, they r forcing...
