I am so many time complaint about this fraud bank, i am raising complaint in consumer complaint they never contact me not responding, without my permission they change my account type they took my moneyfor not maintain average monthly balance then i so many time i visit my nearest branch but they irresponsible give the answer i give the account closing form also but they not closing my account and not give my money i am always getting waring message they waste my money and energy that's only reason to complaint consumer complaint that's also no use they not take any action about my complaint

    My husband account went on hold, and they told us to pay the credit card amount and minimum due we paid of 25600, but still the account was not released. Is there any chance of releasing the account???. After pay the due becoz the whole salary amount went into hold. We have other transactions also to be done. Moreover we have can 2.5 years kid which we need to offer food for this month. We didn't even withdraw money even for monthly expenses. Pls reply and waiting for your help...

      Hi sir/madam, we are not your consumer than also your executive gave abusive word and asking money from us.. We were not co ncern about the money.. We dont have any idea about the money..         Dear sir,

        My complaint is against kotak mahindra bank. Last september i had opened current account with kotak for our company.

        They had opened this account based on our company gst number only. At the time of opening the account they did not informed us that there is a separate formality is there to link gst number with the account!! They paid our yearly gst in b2c model and never told us or informed us that gst for our account is not linked!!!

        What kind of nonsense is this?? When the account is opened based on gst only, how come the account cannot be linked with gst number based on that only???

        Why there is a need of following separate procedure for that??? And if there was a procedure for this, why nobody from bank informed us at the time of opening account???

        I have checked with other banks, government banks automatically links account with gst by default. Other private banks communicates to customer about this at the time of opening account and completes the procedure that way.

        Kotak mahindra expects that customer should know all these and they should come forward and inform bank about linking this!!!

        How would customer knowing about this kind of formality!!! Without any one letting them know!!! This is so ridiculous!

        I need assistance in this matter on urgent basis.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I had been harassed continuously by your collection executives. My father mr. Naresh khanna died in october 2018. Since then the bank is putting on interest charges. We asked the collection executives and requested them for settlement of the account. Initially they told us they will help us in settling the account. All interest charges will be waived off. But now it is may 2019. Every day a new employee enters into the drama, what they have created. The past employees are not even picking up the phone. Now they have started harassing very badly on all our landline numbers as well. We are telling them that we want to settle the amount completely, and they are telling that first pay the overdue amount, than they will talk. Kindly help us.

              I had an car loan with Kotak mahindra bank, which had taken for a tenure of 3 years however unhappy with the services I foreclosed the loan account by paying the amount the bank representative asked for. Now when I am trying to apply for a new loan I get to know that the bank has closed the loan account as settled in CIBIL and when i went back to them asking for clarification they state that they gave me a waiver of Rs 25000 and hence settled my account.

                I have applied for pf withdrawal for the period July 1 2004 to 2 may 2007 pf no MH/ 35415/2740 previously my name was Arun Bharath R now i changed my name to Bharath R A, gazette copy also sent, i received part payment for later period but this amount is not yet received it is month than 2 months kindly help me to receive the money as early as possible, we have called the pf office but they are saying under process please help me to receive as early as possible

                  We had taken a policy with kotak around 4 years back to have a good will with the manager. While taking the policy i wasn't informed abt the auto debit part n i was asked to sign on it. Later due to change of mind we didn't wanted to continue with the policy n let go our premium paid also which s of 25000/-. We informed kotak also tat we don't want to continue n plz discontinue the policy. Buy even after informing them several times from past 4 years i'm been charged with return check. I went to my bank which s idbi to remove tat auto debit thing but they said it cannot be done nor the kotak people have been resolving the issue but i have been charged with the return check charges which s close to 3000 till date. I don't know what to do. Plz help. I'm a normal house wife n each n every penny s important for me

                  I get this message now it would be closed only after paying rest of the amount. I'm not going to pay any after all of this happened
                  They deducted the amount from bank and status of the transaction is showing unsuccessful. i called customer care but they are not responding anything.

                      I m using kotak and sbi credit card and it has been observed from last few month, there is auto deduction in credit card statement from moto tpsl.
                      Not sure what is this but the same is happening on sbi and kotak credit card both.

                      Need immediate and strong action on this.

                      I do not entertain call for asking bank account number credit card number otp or other private details then there is no change i have shared any details to anyone on call..

                      Would like to more about moto tpsl what is this exactly.

                        Hello sir,
                        This is to notify that kotak credit card people are harssing me for more money and additional irrelevant charges, they have revoke the access of the credit card and given me a reversal letter of closure and as per the terms of the letter i have closed the credit card.. The card limit was 50000 and i have made the payment of 50000 in 2 installment and now again they have back to for 11000 money they are putting intrest on the reversal money.

                        I am a job less women since 2.3 years and i dont have any sourse of money, my worth today 400 rupees.. And i dont have a father and husband also..
                        How will i pay this money please justify.. I dont money to pay the pg rent also.. I dont have a own house.

                        Customer care is not responding and voice help desk says there is no any credit card mapped to your customer id... And i also have taken a chargeslip which said my account is closed

                          I had called customer care representative gaurav gajaria to send someone at my place to open savings account for my daughter.
                          He arranged to send ms. Prajakta from thane majiwada branch on 13th may.
                          She came and collected the documents promising to get the account opened in 4 working days.
                          Today is 28th may and there is still no update from the branch. Call center numbers just go on ivr and the branch representative doesn't respond to calls.
                          It has been pathetic service by the bank.

                            My crn no is[protected] in my account amount of rs. 4174 was deducted on lien charge. This was a big amount for me. No any information provide for these charges. My saving account has no minimum balance require and this is a big amount was deducted in the same time on my account. It is very bad my monthly expenses was depended on that amount. So please refund that amount on my account as soon as possible.

                              This is a serious issue ppl calling to my friends who are known to me and are torturing if they know my father who has taken loan from citi finance and this finance was closed by itself from our native place. They have our cheques with them and we were paying our emis as per the norms. Now they are saying to pay the remaining amounts two to four times. How are we resposible for the delay since your finance office is closed. And how is this related to kotak mahindra? If that is so please give us back our cheque qill pay the remaing actual due. This is what we also convey them. But they are saying that they have misplaced the cheques during the relocating. How can we belive on callers please come with legal procrdure and then we can see what we can do.

                                  I am open the 811 zero balance account on online, i select the branch in namakkal but few days after some kotak authorised persion contact to me for proofs & biometric verification after verification one half month after i get sms amb non maintenance charged 560rs four time debited total 2240rs after i ask cc they told my account type is classic account minimum balance maintain 10000rs, i told all info they return only 500rs bal amount not returned that persion without my perimission he change my account type he didnot told any information, i am so many time approched my home branch they never give proper solution and answer after i give colsing form but thats also waste my account is not closed

                                    Sir i was transferred the amount of rs. 40, 000/ from my kotak mahindra bank karolbagh, new delhi acct. I have already visited in the above mentioned my service branch along with bank statement of beneficiary which was shown rs. 40000 was not credited till date. But kotak mahindra bank is not doing anything and my amount is debited from my bank and still pending for credit to beneficiary account. Please help and justice and also refund my amount of rs. 40000 to my bank account.

                                      I am dr samreen imtiaz ali shaik, wife of imtiaz ali shaik. I am a respectable physiotherapist and a mother to two young children.
                                      My husband had taken loan from barclay's bank before our marriage.
                                      Unfortunately barclay's bank closed down and sold their loans to kotak mahindra bank.
                                      I got to know this fact several years after marriage. I was neither party to this transaction nor a witness.
                                      Since last 7 years now, i have been getting abusive and threatening calls from kotak bank.
                                      Since i am a freelancer they could never got hold of my employer, but regularly visit my linkedin as well as facebook profile to try and defame me.
                                      When i started questioning them that they can't call me and harass me like this, they abuse and say, they will call even more and defame me in society, like visiting our apartment etc, humiliating us in front of neighbors, our children, and even security guards. They literally give open threats.
                                      They have my husband's contact number, his office address, our home address
                                      Still they want to call me time to time and provoke me by saying abusive words either about my husband or me.
                                      This harassment has reached to a limit that feel extremely humiliated and disgraced. I have started feeling suicidal because of this torture now.
                                      They send men to my home when i am alone, they very well know that my husband will not be there at home at 11am or 12pm, still their executives come purposely to threaten me at home when i am alone.
                                      This guy named kodeeshwaran from chennai (Phone number [protected]) recently came to my house when i was alone and even after telling him, my husband is not at home and has gone to work, he barged into my apartment.
                                      Although i get several calls from different numbers.. This one is peculiar [protected]- his name is venkatesh and is from bangalore team. He has openly threatened me that now he will call me even more, since i apprehended him. I have recorded his call.
                                      These are hooligans and open gunda raj. I need strictest action against these so called employees and the bank right away.
