Dear since morning i am receiving a harassment call from unknown number [protected] who said he/she speaking from kotak mahindra bank and your loan is pending worth rs.2000000/- twenty lakh towards us and you did not repay it, i did not owe any loan from kotak bank, i do have simple bank account with kotak bank, they talk #,

Earlier i used to work with radisson hotels and they have offered a salary account and after two year i left the hotel and joined other job and they offered me a new account sbi and after that my salary is not crediting in kotak mahindra. Hi team,

Even though i have paid my minimum balance on time on my kotak credit card they have charged me late fee charges 700 rupees.

I don't know why they have charged the late fee even though i paid my credit card bill. I want reversal for the charges which they charged.

Hi, i've paid my dues in total for my kotak mahindra credit card. The recovery people were really proactive while collecting money, now no one can help me get the noc for the card. Contacting kotak customer care for credit card is next to impossible and the bank keeps routing me to an email address from where i've never received a reply.

I am holding kotak mahindra account since 2018. It is a salary account. It was told at that time that there is no charge applied by bank for atm withdrawal for any number of online transactions at any bank atm domestic

There are total 6 times 23.60 has been deducted in last two days.

Hi, This is to inform you that my salary account in your bank is not used by me since last 5 years. I did not receive any mails or sms regarding closure or penalty charges. I have not used that account after i received my last salary which was around 5 years back. Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 27-april-2019 from my kotak account account without any information.

But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online or esttment.

I got a loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank (SPLN[protected] angaist Balance Transfer of my Running Loan From Bajaj Finance.
Kotak Processed the Loan amount of Rs.1320000 but as per his commitment, he didn't close my loan of Bajaj Finance.
Now the both Bank demand for the EMI. I regulerly call and mail to Kotak to give solution but they don't reply.
