My name is somashekar m and having a kotak card limit of 15000/-. I was not able to pay the out standing amount for 2 month. The card was blocked temmporarly. Later collection team told if i pay the total out standing the card will unblock and i can use.

My credit card bill amount was rs 48, 473, last date was 02/04/19.

I have transferred 3761/- amount on 18march19 to hdfc gruh finance loan department but the hdfc says your amount is not credited in out bank.

I have checked there is not amount return by kotak bank.

Hdfc bank member also calling me again and again by saying that your amount is pending we dont know what is happened with your kotak bank.

In my outstanding balance, amount of rs.590 deducted as over limit fee for amount overlimit. But i can't understand which over limited amount.

So, pls refund my amount rs.590 as soon as possible otherwise i have to block my credit card & will have to use other bank credit card.

Shockingly i got a call from collection agent stating my out standing dues are 55000. I never used my card which has got a upper limit of 25000. How come?

I have open online my zero balance account under 811 kotak mahindra bank. On same day in evening time (16.04.2019) i have deposit my amount in account number [protected], crn [protected] and booked my kyc to next day 17.04.2019 (As they provided) which i processed into mobile aap.
