I have got new kotak credit card, automatically debit 1399, without any per information, i called to customer care they said one assist is our kotak service so that we are debit from your credit card, i don't received any opt for this transaction or i never made any online transactions for this 1399,

My credit card limit is 15000 only, that time i have 600 balance, they debit and they put overlimit charges 500+90 gst totally cheating...

This kotak bank is really cheating,

Don't buy kotak credit card,

There is no specific people to thirf cheating money form your credit card, kotak bank is example for this transaction... Pls be aware of kotak

Hi I am getting calls from some females claiming to be from the Kotak Mahindra bank, by name of Nidhi and priti Mishra, the numbers from they are calling are [protected] and [protected], they claim that i have some outstanding amount and if i will not pay then they will send the police to arrest me etc.

      I had a pvr kotak card which expired in aug 2016. The bank did not change my mailing address and also my request to cancel my new card... Which never reached to me. Since then, i have been getting regular bills and now legal threats on emails and on my landline phone. I was given a name of a representative but he is alao pushing me to contact call centre. I am not able to get through your call centre executive as my card details are not being accepted by ivr. Who will resolve this??

        I am Vasanthi S. I was having kotak credit card long back which is expired now and not in use.

        Now I am getting calls from unknown persons who are keep on harassing me and frequently(every day) visiting my house telling that there is outstanding balance in my credit card and asking me to clear it immediately. I am very much worried since my age old parents and little kids are very much scared to see these guys.

        They are not sharing me any documents and showing some incomplete statement.

        I made a call to kotak customer care and the executive confirmed that there is no outstanding in my credit card. Customer care Executive name is Sumaya.

        I also told her about the harassment by recovery agents and she asked me to write this email to get your help.

        So I request you confirm the outstanding balance in my credit card and help me to get rid of this harassment.

          To whomsoever may concern (whoever is reading this piece of literature!)
          I use a Kotak Urbane chip visa credit card. It is supposed to be more secure as one needs to use VBV pass every time it needs to be used online, or some other form of authentication (PIN). Bottomline: You can't just swipe it and use it. That's great, right? But apparently, I realised that many times, I was able to make payments online just by entering the card number and the CVV, sans any 2FA or even a basic password. That should have been the first red flag.
          Anyways...
          During my trip around Europe, I was charged falsely on my card for a trip and a reservation, which I never made, even though the card was in my possession, the whole time. I never even went to this place (somewhere in Krakow, Poland). I raised the dispute using my netbanking account's inbox because that is what the Kotak provides you in the name of Level 1 escalation. Sounds pretty neat, right? But, here is the catch...
          After repeatedly explaining them my situation that I will not be reached on my registered Indian number, it was a headache dealing with the credit card helpdesk people. I provided my local number to contact and email ID, which is again redundant. The requests were marked "Resolved" all the time, without any meaningful resolution. Well, finally the dispute was raised and a new card was issued as the old one was blocked (the one which was in my possession). I even spent money to call them from abroad. The woman at the customer care could not care less about my situation. I explained like a gazillion times in the simplest of language, that I will not be able to receive the card at my registered address in India. It seems the folks at the customer care like the matters to be simple. I told them that I don't know when I will be returning. Then, I was advised by the same "mysterious" aforementioned woman to tell the people living at my address to simply return the card when the delivery is made. We did that!
          Fast forward to over a couple of months later in the not-so-happy new year... The dispute got resolved in my favour (Hurray!) as they realised that I never made those payments. Additionally, now I also know that I will be returning to my place in a month or so to stay there for over a week. So, I requested them to dispatch the card this time, promising that IT WILL BE RECEIVED THIS TIME. Shockingly, I am told that the card was dispatched long time ago and they have filed it as "Customer has changed the address" (something on similar lines!). I am still working on getting my card. Apparently, I need to confirm my address again or maybe beg them for my card, or something like that.
          Just reiterating my opinion with the moral of this story: Your customer care is NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH to deal with any case which is outside your "textbook of customer-grievances".

            I am holding kokat credit card and it has been maintained very well, for last 4 to 6 months i am not regular in payment due to my financial burden due to job changed with very low salary also incurred huge expenditure in house construction.

            They are any how charging late payment fee and also huge interest, and above all even on repeated requests they are continuously / repeatedly calling.

            I request you and bankers that please give me 6 to 8 months of time and bank may charge with the interest as applicable and i will repay and see that full outstanding be paid..

            Ravi Tejay & Chitoor Srinivas reddy # [protected], regularly calling and abusing in phone and shouting at my home, srinvas is asking ravi teja to not to leave from residence/home until payment is made.

            I have a phone recording of this, I can submit.

            Kindly look in to this.

            I am liable to pay and will pay but required some time, let them charge interest but continue harassing should be stopped.
            As I have raised a complain earlier also Kotak bank has blocked my more that 4000 rs as ecs returns charges only for this month, and have debited more that 12000 rs as ecs returns charges pls help me out as soon as possible,

              My name is Kinjal Jagtap and before 1.5 years I left my previous company but now every month is message is coming on my mobile maintenance charge of Kotak bank but I have only salary account and also left the company more than 1.5 years ago so please I am requesting you to close my salary account as soon as possible. When I called to customer representative they asked me to pay 0 balance charges, its my salary account why would I have to pay the charges and its opened on zero balance.

                I had opened an kotak account before acc no: [protected] crn no:[protected]. And recently my company opened an kotak salary account acc no: [protected] crn:[protected], and the last month my salary is credited but the account is locked, when i called customer care they are telling to go branch and close account, today when i went to branch they are telling to contact the representative who came to company, but since 15 days he is not receiving calls and coming to office. No one is responding correctly in branch which is in basaveshwar nagar and customer care, even though having salary in account unable to withdraw it, please take some action against them.

                  I am getting calls from kotak recovery agent from the number [protected]. And she is rude on call. She is continuously calling different people from my organization and taking very rudely with them. She is asking to pay loan amount which was in citi finance now its kotak bank. She has not provided any loan documentation reference and just asking to pay funds which are already done. I called kotak bank customer care and they were not able to find this number. I am continuously getting calls from last week on landline numbers in my organization and all people are talking very rudely. I don't know how she got all my details like my organization name and family members contact numbers. She is saying anything on the call & using abusing language on the call & not at all ready to listen anything. Kindly help to check this compliant

                    My health is currently not fine i am down with migraine issues which in turn leads me to other health hazards due to the tensions i am taking at my work place and hence decided rapping up all my financial policies and accounts as i am in need of cash am going to quite my job. I would be very grateful if you guys can do something to have my premium which is paid out so far given back to me.in case there are penalities please go ahead to deduct them. It's really not fair holding back my money which is hard earned and abduct it when i am really not able to pay it. Let me tell one more thing that i am notifying my position way in advance of my premium date which should also prove to you i am not bluffing to pay my premium but situation occurred has not permitted me to continue with you guys. I really hope and would be very thankful if you could understand my honest delicate situation which i can't discuss further.

                    This is how the complain to cancel my life insurance started and until now i have send almost 100+ mails and they are not ready to cancel and repay me. Is there anything that can be done to get my money back. I earned it and now i am getting penalized asking for it.

                            Manisha from kotak bank calling all the contacts of one of my friend and disclosing some credit card dues of her husband (Raguhuvendra prabhu). I think this is against privacy and against the code of conduct about harrassing by calling numerously. My friend has already registered a complain. Want you to look into this or will have to take this further. Also she is very rude on calls.

                              I had done few transaction through imps mobile banking while doing it, it asked me description in that i had put a short form but i didn't know the same would be flashing in my statement so now i need details to whom i had transferred 2months back i had given my entries to dindoshi branch to find out whom i had transferred but it's been everyday i keep calling them and they say they are not getting time to do it and that they have to handle other customers. I even messaged them that i would close my professional and personall account if m not been attended but they don't bother very lay back attitude. This is my last try or else will shift to other relaible bank

                                Hello i have been receiving spam call with some phone numbers on my office different associates landline repeatedly nearly 100 of times a day asking for me and it say they are speaking from kotak bank and wants to talk to me but when i talk to them with them on conference they disconnect they even have my personal number but they are not calling on my personal number but they are disturbing other associates by taking my name its like mental harrassment and embarassment its been only a month i have joined office just a month ago its very humiliating due to this its been 10 days i am facing problem and my fellow associate getting calls from this numbers i have even warn about them about the legal action but they are saying do what ever you want to i have no option left this is my last resort please take some actions and needful situation is very tensed and causing mental depression kindly look forward to it and please find the numbers below [protected] [protected]

                                  On dated 03-sep-2018, i did a transaction through googlepay, for the amount of rs 5000/-. but transaction was failed. upi transction i'd is[protected], google transaction i'd cicagkd85ztqoa. amount debited from my account & returned back to my account on same day. but the same amount kept on hold by bank. i am keep on calling to customer care people from last five months regarding this issue. every time customer care people saying that in 48 hrs amount will credit to my account, but its not happening. i went to my home branch many times. they said amount is kept "lean" from ho end. i am trying to get solution from last 5months. this is my last trail. please help me ( process ) to appeal at consumer form or court of law. i am really fed-up with their service. my contact number is [protected].

                                    I am holding kotak pvr platinum credit card, since november 2017, i am unable to claim pvr coupons against my card spending. This is the march 2019, so november & december 2017, entire 2018 year & january february & march 2019; total 17 months kotak pvr coupons pending for me and i yet to receive it. Unable to claim it via netbanking & sms facility. Contacting kotak bank customer care team since last 1.2 years & also forwarded the same issue to nodal appellate team, but from there also not received any response yet. Its like i am using the card, spending and fulfilling the target for the reward & paying high annual fees, in return i am getting nothing. Kotak bank looting customers by showing false promotion. Do the needful immediately. Its been 1.5 years i have not yet received single pvr coupons, no resolution from their customer team also.

                                        Today around 12 pm i transferred 4000 through paytm upi from punjab national bank to kotak mahindra bank and transaction shows sucessful and amount was debited from pnb account but amount not credit to reciever bank (I. E. Kotak bank)
                                        Upi refrence no.[protected]
                                        Please kindly request to resolved this issued as soon as possible.
                                        I am very worried about this it's my first time experience...
                                        Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        My account as blocked sir because of kyc problem now kyc updated my account pls freeze the acount
