Requesting to deactivate my kotak 811 account (Acc no: [protected] | crn:[protected] as there was misinformation provided while creating the account (Account holder name as been typed wrong and im not able to change it), so it would very helpful, if you guys deactivate my account, so that i can create a new account with correct and proper information.     Hi,
    10 days before my due date i started receiving phone calls everyday stating ur due date is on 23rd, due to that inconvenience i stated i ll not make the payment i want to do settlement. But everyday atleast 20 to 30 times i receive call from the collections. Hence i requested to talk to a supervisor. A person named karthik spoke to me but the way he spoke to me was very insulting, he said i don't have the capacity to may after all 900. But i was ready to settle the complete amount at one shot which is 45000. But the way he spoke to me and his imsults are ridiculous which affected me mentally now am disturbed. I dont want to continue any services from kotak and am scared about the collection supervisor. Please help me from him.

    Please be very careful with this website, people call and starte they are calling on behalf of the bank and speak to you regarding settlement and send u a request via upi. Dont make the payment they ll give all emp id tell u its just an approval link. Don't do it its all fake I just received a call from [protected] named Rahul a fraud.

      My wife got a call from number [protected], which was a Kotak Number and a credit card was sold to her. She was told that the card has insurance of 5 lacs complimentary but later even before the credit card got delivered, she was charged 1399 on the card without her consent. Wrong information was given to her. This is a complete Fraud case and Kotak executives give wrong information while selling credit card. How can someone charge money without pin or OTP? call on [protected] to discuss

        This is very pathetic service from kotak credit card department. As i have paid the billing amount on 3rd jan 2019 and my last date of payment was 5jan (There is some neft issue with bank and payment will reflect to kotak on 9th jan. Now i have received the new statement on 18th of jan 2019 and found late fee charges added with interest and gst in my current bill.
        Why i need to pay late fee charges?

          Without intimation funds transferred, kindly help me,,
          Otherwise i will raise a complant at high court,

          I am saving account holder in kotak bank, bhiwadi branch. On dtd :- 28.01.19 time:- 17:27, i was trying to withdraw money of rs. 9000/- from hdfc bank atm at halla viston bhiwadi having atm code no-p3awbh07. No cash came out of the atm after going through all necessary option.

          However, immediately when i checked statement, the amount was deducted from my account.

          Therefore i kindly request you to look into the matter and credit back the amount of rs 9000 to my a/c at earliest.

          Kindly do the needful and oblige.

          TBMS charges are applied in my account without prior information, even after changing account type 811 Account its an Zero Balance Account. But suddent They debit 184 Rupees Into my account They 23 ruppes At 8 times. So kindly resolve My issue and refund my amount

              Dear Team,

              With reference to my concern related to refund transaction in my banking account; it’s been more than 40 days I am not getting any resolution and the amount which was refunded by merchant (LinkedIn) on 17th Dec’2018 is still not been credited into my account. Whenever, I call to customer service team they always transferred my call to their senior or arrange a call back from concern team and post which also I will not get any resolution to my concern.

              Below is my case history of my concern is as:

              On 11th December’2018 – Rs. 18, 268.00 was auto debited from my account without my knowledge and permission and it was an international transaction;
              On 12th December’2018 – I raised a complaint against the above said amount which was auto debited from my account and was asked to wait for 90 days to get it resolved;
              On 14th December’2018 – Rs. 18, 268.00 was credited into my account which was shadow amount and not able to use the amount;
              When I got to know that my problem will not get resolved from your end, I approached my merchant (LinkedIn) related to it and raised a complaint against this amount;
              On 17th December’2018 – As per the above said merchant (LinkedIn); they issued a refund of Rs. 18, 268.00 and which is still not credited in my account;
              Post which, I am continuously following up with your team related to it and no one is able to provide me any resolution except a TAT and call back arrangement;
              From last 4 days; I have been asked to wait for a call from investigating team related to it but still I have not received any call from anyone;
              On 6th January'2018, at last after 10 days of daily conversation, they raised one more complaint against refund issue amount and provided me 10 days more TAT that to not for resolution, they said that they will inform me. Also, I asked them that it is because I have raised a Fraudulent complaint, the amount is not getting reflected in my account and if so please withdraw the same but here also I got very illogical response which is really not convincing me.

              As a banker, it might be a very small amount or transaction for them but it really matter a lot to me as it is my hard earned money and unable to manage anything without this so that’s the reason I fought back with LinkedIn people to get it resolved. Now, when they have refunded the amount, you are making me fool out it providing me TAT on TAT.

              This is reason I am marking this mail to everybody to whom I could because now I want this to be resolved and do release my amount at the earliest as till now I borrowed money from others but now I am not able to manage myself in regards to financial matters and I cannot beg anymore to anyone.

              Kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.

                  Hi team,

                  I am getting calls from kotak recovery agent from the number [protected] rajesh. And he is rude on call. He is asking to pay loan amount which was in citi finance now its kotak bank. He said "citi finance has been closed and not kotak bank has been took over citi finance, so he is calling to recover". Till now i didn't get any call for the same. And he got all my details like my officialnumber and my head office address and number and threating that he will call my head office aswell when i asked him not to call. He is not ready to listen anything. Could you please check this help here

                    My 0 balance saving account was blocked due to invalid aadhar that too after 1 year since 4 months i am contacting their customer care marketing manager and their staff member who opened my account but no action taken till today.
                    My account is linked with demate and due to that i am not able to transfer fund to my demate and they are charging 22 per cent Interest. I am totally fedup with the service of kotak mahindra bank and their staff too. For opening an account they provided door step service and now they are not providing any service only robbed hard mony of people's. Now i have to knock the door of our judicial setup.

                      I m. Ephraim holding an ac no.[protected] in ing visya bank anantapur. I took loan under the govt scheme of rajiv yuva shakthi amount of 50, 000 (Subcidi 15000). (My loan ac no[protected]. I have paid few months emi. Ater i delayed to pay monthly installments due to loss in my work. Then the bank approach to the lokeadalath. They decided that to pay rs. 36000/-on that day i paid rs.30000/-. After that we went to another place. Then last year i applied for persnal loan in bank but they told me that there is problem in privies track. I went to bank which had merged in kotak bank and asked them they told me here is no details of your loan and they approached central office and told me there is overdue in your old loan you have to pay 17000 for closing your loan and i payed that amount on12.06.2018. But they did not closed my account

                        I am using my atm card for the withdraw of the amount 2000.. But suddenly service says collect your cash but cash is not come from the atm and amount is deducted from my account.. It is totally a poor service providing by the kotak bank. They totally frustrate the costumers.in previous month they also providing the issue at the case of non maintenance charge but i open the zero balance account.. At after complaining they reversed the amount...

                        Hi i am karthik from bangalore. I am facing issue with the agenices regarding payments.. They as re very rude to us and shouting with my parents for just 13k.. This is worst from kotak. I request you to take necesarry against them regarding this.
                        My balance is 13k but they are asking 20k for not paying one month.. This is horrible thing. Pls do the needful and close my card.. I requested them for settlement for 10k but they are not agreeing. Nees your help in this regard. My card number is [protected].

                          Today i got my credit card statement. I found 500 auto debit has happened. These people are not telling us about auto debit. I never entertain auto debit in my any bank accounts. When i saw this in a statements i just got shocked with this bill. For me 500 is a big money. I request for auto reversal of thes ame in my next statements also deactivation of this auto debit function. If it will not reflect in next month. Then i will stop using kotak credit card permanently.

                            I just made a payment of 10000 on 14th of january for my credit card, the reversal limit approved to me was 5700/-
                            I have been victimized of two fraudulent transaction since, first falsely made transaction was on netflix account for 650 which i dont even use and ive never shared or saved my card details online.
                            Second fraudulent transaction was made on 21st for 434.41 on amazon. Ca (First of all please note i live in india, why would i browse amazon canada)
                            (Secondly, i already have amazon prime membership which i bought from a different card yesterday)

                            Last year a fraudulent transaction was made on my debit card, ever since my net banking/mobile banking is blocked. I paid a visit to nearby kotak branch, filled up the required form, update my signature and they said my net banking will start by evening. The evening never came and i have visited 8 times so far for the same purpose, customer care asked to generate service request for the same.

                            Now when your "credit card" people came to my door to collect the overdue amount, i told them my net banking is not working and they as usual respond with "we are from other department, we cant help".
                            Really? Do you think consumers are that # to fall for your games? Screw the department, its still the same bank, right? And for earth's sake if your department has nothing to do with banking then why the hell we have to generate pin through net banking only? Why we can check complete statement through net banking only? I have a credit card but i cant even use it outside cus i cant even generate goddamn pin so im using it for my online transactions.
                            Then a few days ago, your guy called and asked if i want to convert my due amount in emi, he asked me for how many months, i said six months. Today im checking the statement that my account has been debited in-numerous times for almost 1500 bucks which dropped my available limit instantly.

                            Now my freaking question is, why didnt you say me that i will be charged hell interest for that emi, why couldn't he mention the whole strategy you people make to loot consumers? I request you to check call recording from your end whether he mentioned or not.

                            Two fraudulent transactions been made and they are asking me to switch on and off the card from the banking app? How could i do that when you people are not even supporting me to get my net banking working, should i go suicide in your branch for that? Now your department is not different?

                            I want my money back from the fraudulent transactions and every interest you charged without informing or else im not going to pay a single penny in the future and im giving that in writing today. Call your lawyers, send notice, send your goons at my door i will beat them up but i will not pay a single penny. Do what you want, i will file fir against you people tomorrow.

                                This the worst experience i have ever had in the banking sector.

                                Since i& my wife quit the company we were in no need of the salary account and raised a request to close the bank account on 19th april 2018 by visiting the home branch personally.

                                From amazon we shop clothes, they refunded the amount and they given refund reference number also, but kotak mahendra bank executives rejected our complaints, they are said no refund was come from amazon. We are so troubled we are gone bank, we calling the bank, they were rejected my complaint, amazon customer executives also saying the seller was refunded the amount, please help us and see where is the problem
