Iam Sunil K Achari, having a Kotak Credit Card with CRN no[protected].
around 8 9 months before, I have converted all my dues in total in emi for 9 months...for which I have to pay 2300 as an emi for 9 months,
In between when I check the statement online, saw that there is still 18000 balance to be paid...I do not understand on what base KOTAK is calculating the credit card dues... jus they are going on adding the dues one or the other.
I must say that KOTAK customer care is so pathetic that we will not be able to talk to the customer care people to clarify our doubts.
Also when the customer relation calls us, they say that so and so amount is due, & you hav to pay the same in stipulated time, but when we ask the same in writing they disappear..
Since, last 6 - 7 months iam paying 2300 on my credit card, but no dues have been adjusted accordingly.
I am fed up of this card, iam not getting any firm reply saying with proof of expenses done my me & credit received from me with a clear cut statement. so that I can make the payment accordingly & close this card.
This is my sincere request that pls don't apply or take KOTAK CREDIT CARD... as I don't want you to trouble a lot as iam facing it right now.
Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
How can I do for now.
