Dear sir,
I had opened saving bank account no.[protected] of kotak mahindra bank, branch 4798, saraswati sankul, cts aurangpura, nirala bazaar, aurangabad - 431001 (Maharashtra) with mutually agreeing terms and conditions regarding minimum balance and non requirement of debit and credit card. After all compliances i had found that kotak mahindra bank was not firm and did not follow the mutally agreed terms. Hence, i closed the account. Surprisingly, the money that is rs. 20, 000/- i had paid as an initial account opening amount was utilized by the bank for approximately 4 months and then deducted rs. 708/- as a fine for closing charges. Further bank is not issuing bank statement of the account which i need for income tax purpose after so many requests. Kindly do the needful. Please refund closing charges and issue bank statement.
Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
How can I do for now.
