Hi my current account account j kotak mahindra bank madipakkam

With in 3months they charged 5000 rs for non maintenance services charges without any sms communication or email communication to my registered mobile number

Even i went to branch and contact manager but today again they charged rs 2500.
What they are looking to me, they want to take all my hard earned money to their account

How people taken my money without any notification

    With the reference to my current account no' mentioned above i am informing you that your branch has deducted unwanted aqb charges of rs..1770 from my account, so i am requesting you to credit my account which has been deducted by your side.

    While opening an account i was informed by your banking executive that my saving account is linked with my current account and there will be no issue with...

    Dear sir,
    I had opened saving bank account no.[protected] of kotak mahindra bank, branch 4798, saraswati sankul, cts aurangpura, nirala bazaar, aurangabad - 431001 (Maharashtra) with mutually agreeing terms and conditions regarding minimum balance and non requirement of debit and credit card. After all compliances i had found that kotak mahindra bank was not firm and did not follow the mutally agreed terms. Hence, i closed the account. Surprisingly, the money that is rs. 20, 000/- i had paid as an initial account opening amount was utilized by the bank for approximately 4 months and then deducted rs. 708/- as a fine for closing charges. Further bank is not issuing bank statement of the account which i need for income tax purpose after so many requests. Kindly do the needful. Please refund closing charges and issue bank statement.

        I have opened an account and i gave the appointment of kyc for 16 january but no one visited yet for verification and all my account no is[protected] crn no[protected] name chandrakanta saroj mob [protected] kindly resolve the issue as no one visited for any type of verification i have heard about the services of kotak bank and i was hoping that i will get good service but i don't think now it looks like you are not taking your customers seriously

            I krishna priya would like to bring to your notice that kotak mahindra has been calling my friends family and colleagues saying that i have taken up a loan and haven't paid the dues. Calls are coming from various different numbers. I haven't taken any such loan neither do have any connection to your bank. These calls have been causing me mental trauma and if something is to happen to me it will be your banks responsibilty. If you have any record of me having taken loan, prove it, show the papers or just stop harassing me and people that i know. If it doesn't stop immediately i will press charges against you guys and file a harrrasment case against the banks. Also bring you down on social media.                 Good evening,
                I am sorry to contact you but i want to lodge a conplaint against kotak bank credit card team and i am fully harassing by one of collection agent name as ankit bhatnagar his contact no is [protected] regarding due payment which i told him to give few more days as this dues owed by friend to pay full due.
                Even he called few of my relatives with abusive languages and send whatsapp messages which ruin my reputations
                Please find the screenshot which he circulated to my relatives and abused me and my relatives.
                I need few more days to pay the due. However please let me know what should i do to make ankit understand to not send and calls to my relatives to ruin my reputations as today i totally in depressive mood because of such incidents

                  I received one assist kit dated on 17/01/2019. The credit card security plan activated without informing me. And deducted amount rs.3999/- from kotak mahindra bank acc. When i signed your personal loan docs then that time the bank not informed me as with this loan we provide one assist for wallet.

                  This is not fare as kotak bank done with his client without prior intimated.
                  Kindly do some action and revert my deducted amt rs.3999 into my kotak bank a/c.

                  Otherwise i am not interested to continue relationship with kotak.

                    Without anyreason theyre deducting my charges.. When i called in customer care no.. I shared my problem to the banking officers.. They said u gets 5 free atm withdrawal in a month.. But i have not croosed a limit of 5 transactions then also theyre deducting my charges...
                    When i said them i have not crossed a limit they said me wait ill check it.. And they gave me a new reason they said we are deducting quarterly charges..
                    They are doing scam..
                    Scam bank im very dishappy with kotak service..
                    As soon as possible please take action against them
                    Bcz those who are illetrate.. Not so educated they dont know they are getting scam..
                    Hope u will take strict action against them.. Im ready too give all the proof aginst them

                      There are some customers using their Kotak Bank account to do cyber crimes around Mumbai..

                      I have deposited amount to their account(Contact me through mail i will send the payment details of their accounts), after that they didn't turn up with their products and not in contact with me as well.
                      Looks Like Bank Personnel also involved and supporting these kind of fraud activities.

                      How can you help me in this regard.

                        Hi team - i would like to share my experience with kotak team wherein i booked the ticket from an irctc and my money got deducted from bank on 11th jan but still it is irctc is showing that ticket booking is pending due to payment peding from bank... I don't know what crap are yoy doing.. Later i called on customer care services on 12th jan and i interact with floor sme richa.

                        Cc experience - she was dump... Don't know how to give solution to customer and how to talk... And she admitted that we can't give a solution today as no one is on manager there on floor due to saturday. Being a customer i am expecting that floor. Manager should always there to manage.

                        I still don't have clarity... That whether i have to book another ticket or not... Because my money is already deducted from bank and i can't book another ticket otherwise i my forst ticket got confirmed then anywhich way i have to cancel one ticket... And in this situation i will have to pay the cancellation charges unecesaary just because of bank error.

                        Feeling shamed that i am a kotak customer.

                        I want my money to be return nd cancel the tansaction.

                          I opened kids account in the name of my daughter, myself guardian. It has been more than 10 months but i am not getting internet banking pin. My crn[protected]. I did not get my pin when the account was opened. On enquiry i was asked to regenerate it online. I tried it twice but everytime i got the message that the pin had been dispatched but it was never delivered. What i got was the debit of regeneration charges of rs 118 each time. On should i keep on regenerating it and debit my account for no fault of mine. Where the pin that was dispatched had gone. I need to know it. I need my pin and reversal of illegitimate charges debited twice to my account with no fault of mine.

                            I had transfer from kotak mahindra bank to sbi through upi payment and amount was credited into my account and it was showing that upi reversal plz solve my problem

                                    This is in regards to to my kotak mahindra credit card as recently i got married and not in a state to continue using this card hence i would like to do the settlement of my credit.
                                    I would also like to complain about the way i have been treated by credit collection team agent as i'm running short of money hence i have only paid half of the due amount and informed the agent that later half i'll pay in 4-5 days and requested him politely that do not disturb me right now to this agent called me poor and beggar.
                                    At this very moment i have decided that i will not continue with this credit card anymore.

                                    Earlier also i have posted complain here but due to my office hours could not attend call.

                                    I'm on week off today hence would really appreciate if anyone can contact me today anytime that would great.

                                      I got a call from [protected]. He said that my CV has been selected for the process of ACCOUNTANT in kotak Mahindra bank. And the salary for this position varies from 19, 500 to 25, 000 per month. He asked me to pay 1650 rs for the registration process and he also asked all my documents and certificates. I have sent all the documents and I also paid 1650 through banking. I deposited in the following account details BANK NAME-AXIS BANK

                                      IFSC CODE-UTIB0002685. then they have mailed me a cover letter and I filled the same and I mailed them back. He said that there will be telephonic interview by the next day. And then telephonic interview was conducted for me by Jan 4th of 2019 by 5pm. After completion of this they asked me to pay 8320rs to do the verification process . I said that I need some time to pay. But they rushed me to pay quick. So I paid the same 8320 rs by Jan 5th of 2019 through Google pay . After that they didn't pick up the call. The next day was the weekend. So I tried on 8th of Jan . They said that, the mail has been sent and they asked me to check . I check and it was said to pay 15, 990rs for pay roll process . I said I can't pay so they said to pay the cancellation fee for about 7000 rs . I asked them to refund my money but they said me to pay the cancellation fee. Now I don't know how to get back my money . And I have attached the photos, msgs, account details.
