fraud promises in advertisements on kotak 811 accounts

I opened kotak 811 account in jan 2018 and about to close today (Jan 2019) because they give fraud promises in advertisements on kotak 811 accounts.

Kotak 811 account is not online and zero balance account at all, they will ask some documents proofs after online account created and its automatically convert into general account with a minimum of more than 5000 in urban areas.

Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 04-jan-2019 from my kotak bank account-[protected] without any information.

But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
And when i opened account bank said there are no charges of online or statement.

So i need the reverse of my ₹118 to my kotak bank account.

        Eventhough i have sufficient (Emi amount) balance in my account.. Ecs got rejected (By kotak mahindra bank) stating that insuffient balance. Now i have to pay fine to my home branch {salary ac in kotak mahindra} and to loan providing bank (Hdfc). Due date is 04 of the month... How can they reject ecs on 3rd? Can anyone help/suggest me in this regard?

          There were fraudulent transactions on my Kotak credit card in Dec 2017. After which I never took a replacement card. I have placed multiple requests since Feb 2018 to waive off the outstanding charges (GST, Interest charges and late payment fee) which was not accepted.

          I have a Savings A/c in Kotak Mahindra Bank. I had visited the Home Branch in Bangalore and placed a request for A/c Closure in March 2018. They have put a lien on my savings a/c due to the credit card outstanding. Month over month they have been charging non-maintenance of minimum balance charges and all this has adversely affected my CIBIL score.

          My question is that the fraudulent transaction on my credit card was because of security lapse. Why am I liable to pay GST for those transactions? Why isnt the bank asked to absorb those charges? If I would have been at fault, I would have agreed to pay. However, in this case I deny to pay these charges. They have been generating bills month over month and constantly calling up me and threatening to pay the bill.

          I have written emails to the Kotak Mahindra Banks Nodal Officer, Customer Care team and all in vain as they have not responded. Rest all complaints have been made over the phone with their Customer Care team.

            Hi,

            I am using kotak mahindra bank, i am having very bad experience while taken Balance transfer Personal Loan Amount : Rs. 7, 16, 276, My Loan A/c SPLN[protected].

            MR Saurabh Sharma (Consumer Bank, KMBL) He is not clear my finally amount before distribute, How much i get it ??? Also never clear my hidden charges taken for me. Never pick my ph & never given my mail reply.

            After amount distribute, then given full detail by mail. It' s taken extra charges Rs. 24, 778/-, My final amount I get it Rs 6, 91, 489/-.

            This amount also divide 4 Parts :

            1) 63, 043 – Cash in Hand, 2) BT: 1, 72, 430/- ( Outstanding Amount : 1, 60, 403 )

            3) BT: 2, 76, 025/- ( Outstanding Amount : 2, 72, 330 )

            4) BT: 1, 80, 000/- ( Outstanding Amount : 1, 08, 028 )

            Also Bank representative (MR Saurabh Sharma) say, I never given you BT Loan DD, Self close your BT Account. He is never cooperate me, never remove my extra charges.

            I want to refund my extra charges Rs. 24, 778/- as soon as possible.

            Note:- It’s my experience this is very worst Kotak Mahindra bank i never see like this type of bank in india, so who are using this bank please care full if possible they will take what ever they want please don't believe kotak mahindra bank, you will suffer like anything...

              My kotak bank vehicle agreement number cf11178083 for a vehicle bearing registration no. Mh03bs9201

              I have my bank account in ‘jawali sahakari bank ltd’ with the necessary funds to clear my emi amount. But ecs has not been initiated by the bank and emi amount not debiting from last 2 months. When my bank manager talked with kotak bank executive, he said there was some server problem and unable to debit.
              Previously same problem occurred twice and we had paid our emi by cheque. Now this is consecutively third time same problem occurring.
              When the enough funds are available in my account and i have signed ecs mandate, i am no where liable to pay the emi amount by cash or cheque.
              My cibil score should not be reduced because of this issue where as a customer i am not responsible for it. Hence you have to only do an ecs debit from my account for the emi amount.
              This is the third time i am facing issue with the kotak bank. I am very much disappointed with their services.
              Kotak bank has sent their recovery team three times to my home. Banks personnel frequent visit to our home raises questions and harms our reputation in our society.in spite of banks fault we had to face all this embarrassment.
              I request to solve this problem as soon as possible.

                    I am john daniel. Barclays bank debited ₹1250.00 to my card claiming i opted for cpp which i did not. They sold the purported due with interest to kotak bank which has been harassing me, threatening to spoil my credit history and authorising private agencies to call and bother me. I don’t intend to pay this and i have explained to every caller in detail the real story.

                      Absolutely dreadful behavior from kotak mahindra bank. This bank not only fails to answer the loss of a large amount of funds from a long-term customer like us, but also refuses to pay back the sum even after a court - ruled judgement!                       I need someone efficient to resolve my long standing simple woes.. The inefficiency and callousness with which the bank staff including the bank manager is attending to my query is appalling. I opened an online account after which i was called to the closest branch for verification upon the insistence of the bank manager (Hiranandani meadows thane) he asked me to deposit 50k to upgrade my account and assured thereon there will be no issues/deductions about maintaining amb but deductions continue... I've been misled and cheated even before i start my transactions with your bank.

                      After depositing the amount instead of earning interest all i've been doing is losing money (Almost 900 rupees) with the words sorry wurth means nothing and a quote that gst cannot be refunded..
                      Then why did you'll err in the first place.. Don't your employees know how to run their daily affairs or are you'll doing rnd with customers money.

                        Totally bad experience from kotak bank.

                          I was forcibly given a kotak credit card. It was sent through post. I got message that the card will be delivered by 26/12/2018. I'm yet to receive the card. I got a message on 27/12/2018 stating an amount of rs.1899 has been debited from my card. How can a transaction take place without my approval? It was mental torture from kotak credit card department who had forced me to take the card even though i dropped an sms stating to cancel the credit card. I don't want to take the card now and need that amount to be paid by kotak.

                            I am using kotak net banking. Today i paid my tpddl electric bill through it. I used scan and pay option. When i confirm my payment i received a pop up "connection timed out" so i proceed for payment again and this time i paid it successfully. At the end when i checked my account overview i come to know that i have paid twice. So please help me to get refund my excess payment back.

                              The complaint is against the Sales Staff for misguiding me which forced me to cancel the loan. I received the loan approval E-mail on 11th Dec with contact of Sales person . From 11th I contacted the Salesperson, he does not pick the call. On 13th Dec I call again, Sales pick and I inform of the approved loan amount and what action should I take to avail the loan, he says he will send an e-mail. On 14th Dec 2018, I reply to E-mail, "OK to Process". Since I haven't received any call or e-mail acknowledgement regarding the status of the loan, I called up the Sales several times. The Sales just ignored my call and when he picked up the call, he informed me that loan will not be sanctioned. Since he confirmed on the call that loan will not be sanctioned, I went ahead and applied with a different bank for a loan. On Dec 17th I again receive an e-mail regarding Loan Approval and since my deal with the other bank was better I informed, I don't want to proceed with the loan. He accepted verbally to cancel. On 20th December, I called just to make sure the loan is cancelled, he informed me, the loan cannot be cancelled, the amount is disbursed. Meanwhile, the Loan which I applied with the other bank got approved, sanctioned and amount also got disbursed to my account. As soon as the sale informed the amount is disbursed, I informed to stop the transaction and I don't require the loan. My request was unheard and the bank went ahead with the amount to be disbursed. Now when informed that I do not require this loan, the bank is charging me a cancellation of 5%. My concern is why should I pay the 5% charges when the Sales person was not responsible for his duty. He misguided me all the time, also made fun of me and insulted me via the call, there was not an E-mail confirmation also and moreover, i haven't used the loan amount also. Sales have fooled around with me in this particular case. I had to pay 5% of the cancellation charges as I didn't want any further communication with Kotak Bank Sales.

                              I request you to help me out here in getting the cancellation charges waived off, for the reason, I was misguided and insulted and above these, I have not used the amount.

                                  The staff acting as very smart, when they have seen the more people in the counter, immediately reacting and diverted the people to other counter, saying that the system or evm machine is not working.

                                  The trinity, mg road & byapanahalli staff are playing around the people and they are taking the advantages of people emotions. This type of service we can't except from the banagalore staff.

                                  The ladies are behavior more rudly than gents staff. So kindly kick those staff who are not behavior good or genousoly.

                                  Kindly train them how to behave with the customer.

                                  I don't know the name of the staff next time i will disclose the name very soon.
