I have an kotak 811 lite account. I didn't do full kyc. Some days back all of a sudden my account got freezed. I couldn't do a single transaction after that. I have more than 50000 rs.in that. I conplained to customer care, they told me to go to the branch. The people in branch didn't help me either.

I don't know what to do.. I think i should complain in consumer forum.

    Tbms charges applied without my prior information. Request to refund my money back. Other wise i have to complain in my company and have to viral such type of fraud with me. This is request you to credit my 3000 ir back.
    I m very unhappy with kotak mahindra services. I will have to think twice to suggest any one to make deals with kotak.

      Hi, i am transfer a personal loan from tata capital to kotak mahindra in the year apr-2017. Till date as of now i have been paying the loan amount. No regrets, but my only concern is i have 1 emi pending which i am unable to pay. And now the agents is really harassing through phone or coming to my home and disturbing my wife mentally. I already told them i will pay. Been a middle class person i have to adjust the amount as it's not too small amount for me. But they are not listening to me. My loan no is spln[protected]. This incident has happened on 11/12/2018 when they entered at my home and start talking aggressively to my wife and then to me on phone.

        I booked a cycle 3186311 stationed at my office location & used it for around 15 - 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 2nd 30 minutes ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

            Sir. I am being bombarded with innumerable calls from Kotak Mahindra Bank asking me to avail credit card facility. I have given complaints about such calls to there 24x7 customer service centre and also tweeted them about such unsolicited calls.

            I have been getting calls from different numbers here are few which I have noted.

            Though I have registered my mobile number in DNC registery I still get calls from these hunks who care as damn about somebody's privacy or the law

              Please check on the above message as i did the online transcation on the above mentioned date and timing but Money got deducted from my account but didn't reach merchant above that is domino pizza manager is saying money did not get credited to your account and Please check with the book.need immediate attention on this.                   I opened a nri account in kotak mahindra bank, mayiaduthurai branch. While opening my account, they made a mistake and updated my mobile number wrongly in system. Due to that i can't access my bank account.

                  After many call to the customer care and branch... No use still haven't update my mobile number after a month time.

                  I can't access my account and my minimum balance amount also struck... They need to update my account else close my account.

                    My kotak bank account [protected] yogita ambalal patil we have kotak account two year back, we are not using it but 2 month back we went kotak to activate account & executive told me to convert it into zero balance account we said 1500 debit charges same maintenance fees need to pay,
                    Then we done zero balance account. And put 25k cheque but out of it they debit 7k and we told them so they said its charges so no ethical statement kotak bank bhandarkar road pune branch, so they told me we wave off charges so still they return 4200 only, and same days back they against take 3000 as charges
                    No ethical statement no services at all so kotak take mine 6000 as charges and they misguide me

                      I had opened online saving account in kotak mohindra 811 on 15/11/2018 and subsequently transferred rs.1500/- in this account. But when i tried to transfer this amount to some other bank account, it was informed thorough massage that kyc is required. I have submitted all relevant documents (Required for kyc) to the bank's representative on 26/11/2018 but till date they haven't completed the process of kyc and i again received a massage on 06/12/2018 for kyc.

                      The company had telephonically ( through their customer care) intimated that the KYC process will be completed with in 3 days and subsequently through SMS intimated that the KYC process is completed. Thanks for Consumer forum.

                        I have received a notice from the appointed sole arbitrator for initiation of arbitration proceedings in respect of a personal loan for which i am the first guarantor. The arbitration is to take place at Chennai in respect of the personal loan. The arbitration is to take place in chennai, whereas i am based in Ahmedabad . The letter received earlier was from the law firm asking this arbitrator to invoke the arbitration clause, stating that the borrower had failed to pay back the entire loan amount after some emi's were bounced. However after knowing this i had contacted the executives of Kotak Mahindra Bank and as per their response i have paid the due amount regularly from the month of August on behalf of the borrower and got a confirmation from the bank representative that all is well now. And now after four months, i received this letter. Kindly help how to handle the case ?

                            Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 13-October-2018 from my kotak account account without any information.

                            I haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through any other way of communication.

                            And when i opened account, bank said their is no charges of online or esttment.

                            So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.

                              On 3rddecember afternoon i tried to transfer 1000rs to one of my friend and 1950rs to my another account using kotak mahindra bank mobile application., i donot know the reason why the transfer has failed since i have done these kind of transfers many a times., after this failed transaction i have noticed that the money has been deducted. I tried contacting the customer care more than 10 times, the call did not connect. There was no email id to support.

                                kotak credit card excess finance charge deducted

                                I have made repeated request for reversal of finance charges rs 2739 + rs 411 (Service tax) levied in jan 2017 statement nonpayment of full amount by due date. No action has been taken by kotak bank. The finance charges deducted are approximately 4% per month, meaning more than 50% per year which is totally incorrect. Reversal was not been done in spite of advise by customer care for making immediate payment before due date. I have written...

                                I am getting fake job offer calls from the kotak life insurance, kolkata, west bengal. The address is as follows:

                                'kotak mahindra group.1, shakespeare sarani, 1st floor, ac market, kolkata-700071, the backside of the market near maidan metro station or birla planetarium.'

                                I somehow know about their fake game so i tried to fool them in return! ;)

                                I said ok for the interview and then gathered every detail from the representative who was calling me (I have her name and number). She said that she is the team manager and she is also making recruitment calls. Isn't that funny! Great multitasking skills!

                                I went on inquiring about my job role. The lady said that i will have to do 12 policies in the first three months starting with my family and friends! But in actuality, for meeting their sick sales targets, they are contacting people and offering them fake jobs. They will ask you to purchase policies first (Or for your family or friend).

                                When i told her how she is fooling people and that i can submit her number to the concerned authorities, then she tried playing safe by saying, ' i am not aware of this as i am a fresher! Thank you for making me aware by sharing this information."

                                I also want to mention that i got two different offers from the same company! They are running a fraudulent firm fooling people around.

                                Please beware of such frauds and don't fall victim to them. Just a waste of time and money!!

                                  I am k. Guru raghavendra kumar from madanapalle, andhra pradesh. Recently from one month the consultancy career support. Online from delhi called me and took interview in phone for branch operations manager in kotak mahindra bank. 4 rounds were taken including online test, 2 persons called me they said we r from kotak bank, gurgaon n said the process, said to join diploma course in banking n management n said to deposit rs.46000n they gave me receipt for this course fees from itm university. Next round rs.38000 for laptop n tab. I deposited wrongly this amount into given account which i deposited diploma course fees. They said i wrongly deposited said will be refunded after this account auditing is over n gave other account, i again deposited rs.38000 to given account. I paid rs.2850 for registration to consultancy n rs.6000 for background verification. They gave one letter in that they mentioned training will be from june 26th in hyderabad but due to non payment of gst charges they kept hold and after paying gst charges they gave me loi letter that training will be from september 20th in hyderabad. Recently i paid to them rs.20000 for gst charges n rs.25000 for library security deposit fees for job training in itm university to sbi account no : [protected]. After depositing all money process also still they r demanding rs.20000 for clearing online exam with good marks. Totally amount i sent to them is 178850.
