Kotak Mahindra Bank — Bad attitude and unprofessional response

I have opened my saving account ( CRN:[protected] and NPS account as per the scheme wherein my account will be zero balance account, after account opening ECS for the NPS account was not deducting so i talked to the Deepshikha from Kotak gurgaon branch in April 2016 as as per her instructions to visit branch i visited branch and met the branch manager and he assured me he will look into the issue and will speak to concern team and will enable my ECS for the same. As again next month Standing instructions was not processed so i visited branch and met branch manager now he told me that his branch is not NPS enabled so i need to visit other Vasant kunj branch, after i visited that branch they told me that i have to go to my home branch only to enable this and then again i went and meet the manage of my branch, again he assured me and asked me to want and he will enable the SI. and i visited branch many times but nothing was done and then from July onwards Annual maintenance charges were deducted form my account and again i visited branch and told branch manager regarding the same he told me as SI was not deducted charges were levied and if i visit JMD branch Gurgaon and enable the SI he will reverse the charges so i went all the way to Gurgaon branch to submit the SI form and then submitted the acknowledge to branch manager and assured me that he will reverse the charges, but after one month when charges were not reversed again i visited branch and then he told be that my account is not zero balance account and he can not do anything and i can close the account and go away.

This is very bad attitude and unprofessional response from the bank, i had to spend lot money and time to visit the branch so many times, hence i request you to reverse the charges with interest as soon as possible and also change the home branch.

When I opened my account (AC NO.[protected] with Kotak mahindra bank the persone told this is zero balance account. but bank charge me Rs. 4160/-. for unoperating account charges and i dident get any SMS OR CALL from bank. This is cheating and fraud with customer. Rs. 4160/- is not a small amt. I request bank to refund the charges
