Kotak Mahindra Bank — balance deducted for cash withdrawal

Hello team, as i am a genuine and very old customer of your bank. My saving account number is [protected] my balance deducted due to cash withdraw charges in month may and june which is amounting rs1208. Kindly retutn back this rs1208 to my account. My contact details are [protected], [protected]. I have confirmed with your kohat enclave branch ifsc code kkbk0000208 from mr arun if there is any charge of cash withdraw from cheque but they said no you can withdraw cash as many times as you want. But they do nothing after your bank applied charges for that. Please revert these charges.
