Dear sir, my account is in kotak mahindra bank in muzaffarnagar branch. Ifsc code is kkbk0005301 my name is naved ilahi. The bank staff behavior is very bad they don't have manners how to talk to the customer. I went to the bank to ask about my money deduction they said my money will be back in 2 days but after my complained bank again deduct my 1600rs from my acc. I went to the bank again but they said we register ur complain but it's been a 6 month when i registered the complain. They don't have time to listen my problem and they don't have manners how to treat the customers. My contact number is [protected]. Pls help me.
