[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Bank Employee Tricked me into his Policy | |||
I opened a Savings Bank Account in Kotak Mahindra Bank. For its Full KYC I selected the Video KYC Option...But I don't know why it didn't worked. Next day, someone rom bank called me and asked me that if I am available at home as he is coming for Full KYC I said " Yes, I'm available". He came and while doing KYC, he registered me for Kotak Group Accident Cover Policy, for which I have to pay 811 Yearly. When I asked him I wants to cancel this policy he said You can cancel in 30 days just call and say customer care to Cancel it. Then when I called Customer Care they told me that this policy cant be cancelled once joined. Although its written on Bank website that we can Cancel it. 811 Rupees is deducted from my account for the policy and it will be deduct every year. I don't want this policy and I want to refund my money...Plz Help Was this information helpful? | |||
