Kotak Mahindra Bank — bank officials made me to wait 15 days even though i have dd ready to closure

When I approached the kotak house bank personal loan section in charge mr kiran, he told that you give pre closure request wait for 15 working days.I requested lot to close witnin week at least . He is not allowed. I lost 2000/day because their policies. It is ridiculous, pls help me where to compliant, when asked them show me which rule is saying close after 15 days they are not showing.

Hi,

I am using Kotak Bank Saving Account for several months, The enough amount has been deducted several times as cash deposit charge ref: TBMS from the bank without any information.
Kindly look into this issue.
