I m holding an edge current account in kotak mahindra bank since 4 months but i regret to say that i am not getting any satisfaction or support from the staff i am dealing with specially my home branch staff they are very irresponsible and unprofessional... They dont even care about how much trouble the customer is facing... I had tried many ways to communicate with them but failed still my problem is not solved...
