Kotak Mahindra Bank — banking service, opening a new a/c | |||||
I have applied for opening a new a/c at kotak dwarka sec-5, new delhi branch one month ago; however it is still not activated even though they en-cashed my cheque. Filed first level grievance# 1-[protected], a week ago, but still no resolution, and their website doesn't allow to file second level grievance. Erroring out every time i fill it. Is it done intentionally to discourage customers to fill. Even sending mail to higher management doesn't serve any purpose as they don't respond.
