Respected sir/madam

This is to bring to your notice that i owed a credit card from barclays that was settled in 2012. However every year during the month of july especially i receive abusive calls fromkotak reps stating that there is a amount pending. I have forwarded the issue to kotak managemengt but to no avail. Presently am being harassed by mr rahul ([protected]) for a week.

Need a solution asap.
