Kotak Mahindra Bank — Best compliment card goo[censored]p from kotak bank | |||
Had ordered for best compliment card worth rs 10000/- through net banking (Crn 18xxx7821) on 8th july 2016. Got the card delivered on 15th july 2016. When we checked the card balance before using it for shopping the card had a balance of rs 2000/-. When contacted the customer care, they revealed that the card was issued only for rs 2000/-. But my account was debited with rs 10115/- including service tax. Followed with customer care for a week nothing happened. On thursday 21st july 2016 spoke to mr. Pradeep challan and he accepted the mistake from kotak bank and assured that the matter will be resolved in 24 hrs. Not even a complaint number was sent to my registered email. I also sent couple of mails to customer service nothing happened. Kotak bank proved that they are worst possible customer relation. If this matter is not resolved at the earliest and not compensated for mistakes from bank will have to think about dragging kotak to consumer court. Best compliment card number = 4214 9xxx 3xxx 0439 Also in the bank site their grievances webform does not work at all. Very clever rogue bank. The customer care does not care about customer.
