I'm at berlin. My account have in Amritsar mall road branch. There all staff members ignore to my calls nd emails. I want my all money transfer to Deutsche bank. Kotak staff saying me they will transfer my money in 2-3 days but today they get 1 week nd still I never get my money. It's very shameless to Kotak staff when I told them you I never get my money they told me there is branch changed nd staff also changed. Even, I missed my visa extension appointment cause I never get my money in 1 week. I want just want one thing from u pls take any action on that staff. If this thing happened with me maybe there is lots of students came in germany. They will do this with other students. Otherwise, his behaviour also very rude. Thanks you.
