Hi,
Today i called customer care number [protected] and i waited till 39 min (Which cost me around 54 rs) for your representative to receive the call but now one responded to that call. I had some queries for which i called you.
This is very disappointing to see that a very good bank with a very bad customer support. So i hope that i will be able to see some improvements in near future as i have really liked some good ideas the bank is showing.
If i see no improvement then i will have to quit this bank. I hope i will never face this kind of situation in near future. Was this information helpful? |
