Hi Team,
I have taken a loan on Kotak Mahindra as an OD Account and the agents and the manager assured that they will help to cancel the Insurance taken along with OD during the Free lookup period.
After the loan was taken, they told that they will check and get back to me on the cancellation and almost towards the end of the free lookup period, they are coming now and saying that they dont have cancellation policy.
I am a physically challenged person. If I have been notified in the earlier stages itself, I would have taken right time to reach the bank and get it cancelled. But now, I am unable to get it cancelled due to which I have lost almost 8800 Rupees because of this useless policy.
I need the refund for this and I want the policy to be cancelled at any cost. I request your forum to help me get this.
The manager who processed the loan was giving an assurance to get this sorted before the loan was taken and talking rudely and shouting on me now that they didnt assured it. This is literally a cheating for selling their products. The manager name is Gopi and his mobile number is [protected]
