Kotak Mahindra Bank — cancelled ticket amount refunded in irctc, but not credited to bank account

I booked a train ticket in irctc through paytm gateway using my kotak online banking on 8th aug 2017.
I cancelled this ticket on same day.
Recently i checked my irctc account, there it is showing rs.650/- refunded, but i have not credited that amount in kotak bank account.

Following are the transaction details found in irctc account.
Transaction id:[protected]
Cancellation id:[protected]

As I created an account in online through 811 for Kotak Mahindra Bank as Savings but I am unable to login to net banking through the system.

Do we have any link to log in for it to account 811?
