Kotak Mahindra Bank — cash depositing charges | |||
My crn no.[protected], saving account with kotak mohindra bank, they deducted twice[protected] rs.177/- cash depositing charges without sending any sms or information. How can a bank can deducted any charges without informing customer. As per rbi guidline any charges should be transparent to customer and inform cutomer by sms or other.
