Kotak Mahindra Bank — Cash not disbursed from atm and amount got deducted from account | |||
Hi, my complaint is regarding cash not disbursed from atm and amount got deducted from account, i used the kotak debit card tried to withdraw from non-bank atm for this transaction. I launched a complaint against that but they closing it immediately next day and asking me to wait for another 7 working days, this happend 2 times. And when i call the customer care they are some bull and there response is no proper. I asked one your customer support guy to connect me to his manager, but no proper response. I has been almost a month from the date of transaction. My request id is sr#1-[protected]. It has been almost a month. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please take it on high priority, as it has been month from the day, i lost money and it is not a small amount too.
Hi i am suffering from kotak bank as i have transaction failed of 10000 rs at sbi atm in hyderabad on feb 22 2016 still that amount not return by bank . i have send a lot of reminder to bank everytime they replied querry will solved in a week but after sixmonths also the position same.

We had raised a chargeback on 18th Jul, 2016 & the same was rejected. Hence, we have raised an pre-arbitration on Aug 01'2016 & status of the same would be updated within 7 working days by other bank.
