Kotak Mahindra Bank — Cash withdrawal charges at non - home branch

I am the a/c holder of kotak mahindra bank from last 3.5 years; i am having corporate salary a/c,
They have charging for cash withdrawal at non home branch under the gsfc category.
They are deducted money 3 times when i am opened this account they don't have such charges (Uplaoded image) i have visited my home branch hadapsar, magarpatta city road, pune, maharashtra. But they are not having any clear idea on charges on what bases they are charged.
I am not aware of this charges and they are not informed me while withdrawing money.
If such charges are there they should inform me at the time of withdrawing or they should deducted money immediately but they didn’t do that.
Bank deducted the money after 13 days for one transaction, after 11 days on second transaction and after 30 days on third transaction.

Who has given right to kotak mahindra bank to deduct the money without informing us?
Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.
There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted tries from my a/c.
