Reference to my KOTAK BANK Account having in the name of Saheli Chatterjee, would like to bring to your kind notice to the fact that I had withdrawal Rs.10, 000/- from Non Kotak ATM (from UCO Bank) on[protected] but due to server error the amount was not received to me through ATM but amount got debited from my Saving Account.
Henceforth, I had lodged the complain immediately at Kotak Customer Care vide no. SR#1-[protected] and they assured me that within 7 days amount will be again credited to my respective account.
After no action and reply from such a reputed bank found, I had again lodged a complain to Kotak Customer Care vide no. SR#1-[protected] and also visited several times in person at Kotak Bank but only I am getting a repeated answer that more 17 days is require to solve the issue.
It's been approx. a month and till date my complain has not been resolved.
