[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — charge for failed transaction | |
I had failed transactions on24/1/2018 & kotak M bank debited that amount to my credit card. After complain they said that all amounts will be reversed in next month, but still I did not get any reverse for same. I am also using other bank credit card ( HDFC & CITI), they are good in customer service. but Kotak don't provide that. so plan to close my both debit as well as credit card.
