Kotak Mahindra Bank — Charges on closed credit cards | |||
I have a saving account and a credit card with Kotak ( CRN#[protected]. I had cancelled my a year before and now I have received a message stating I have to pay some annual maintenance charges on my credit card. When enquired it was told that the card was blocked and is still active. My concern is that, why should I pay any amounts for a cancelled card.
