Kotak Mahindra Bank — cheated by kotak bank | |||||
I am kotak bank customer and 25 march 2018 i had worst experience with bank. As suddenly the complete available amount 20800 rs from my account got deducted in the charges of maintenance without any intimation. And did not got any single message of amount deduction for the same and i got to know about this while i was logged in for some urgent transaction. And i was completely shocked First of all let me clear it i had a salaried account which was opened through of my previous job which was completely zero balance maintained account at the time of opening and it was told by your sales person. Now i don't know when it got automatically converted in some type of account without notifying where we have to pay for maintenance. Now tell me how you charged me for maintenance thought i have told you the complete scenario. Now tell me is this your way of treating your customers? But i will make sure that none of my relatives nor my family and friends open any account in kotak and i will raise a complain in consumer forum and i wish rbi to take some serious action against such bank who cheates with customers Name - deepak kumar yadav Account no[protected] Mobile no - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
