Kotak Mahindra Bank — cheating of amount

I opened 3 in 1 account in kotak before three years after that i cant able to maintain that account.in kotak itself i opened 811 account 0 bal.

3 in 1 every month they charging 300 rs.
Totally they deduct my amount nearly 2000 rs.

I gave request to bank for refund of deducted amount. I[censored] refund now means hereafter i will maintain minimum balance. Cheater not ready to refund. As i m from poor family background.

Updated by Aravind MV i gave request to close my account . due to not refunding my amount 2000 rs . if suppose my account is closed . pls refund my another account which was merge in CRN[protected].
