[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Chequebook not received till date

SIR, My CRN no is[protected], Kotak Mahindra BANK- Amitbhai Rameshbhai Patel . I had applied for cheque book Request[protected] and[protected]. Online Request Apply. The same on my address but till date i have not received it . Lot Off Call in Call Center Not Response. Every Time Tell Your Cheque book Issue..
My Call Detail :
Date Wise.[protected]:58 A.M.,[protected]:53 A.M.,[protected]:38 A.M.,[protected]:30 P.M. and 6:30 and Today morning visit to Branch.. But No Reply Proper.. gys responce -Two Day wait. Not a Tracking Code Generate. some problem to dispatch team.
And i am told Emergency Cheque Book. but not provide to Emergency Cheque...

I have requested a cheque book on 12 Sep 2018. till date i have not received any confirmation regarding the delivery of cheque book and neither i can contact toll free number as instructed by local kotak bank. Moreover i recharged as topup for my mobile number through kotak app and i lost money.

Truly am dissapointed and bad service.
