[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — cibil score complaint

This is 4th time, i have to write this email. I did not received any response for the last 3 times. I have salary account and a personal loan with kotak mahindra bank. I paid all the 3 emi on time. Actually the emi was debited through the salary account automatically. Still my cibil shows late payment for kotak mahinda bank. If i will not get satisfactory answer and the issue is not resolved within 7 days, i will complain to banking ombudsman.
