Hi kotak team,
I opened savings account in kotak bank before 3 months. Since from the day of opening it was blocked, due to the fact that, surname is not matching in aadhar and pan cards.
As we are busy people, not able to go for correction and would like to close the account. You’re executive prakash from srinivas nagar bangalore branch i. E home branch came to my home and took the signature and other related artifacts for closing the account 2 weeks back. Till now there is no communication from. Kotak is not at all bothered our request.
