Kotak Mahindra Bank — Collection Agent Behaviour

Hi All

Am Pradeep from Chennai, am addressing this to all not sure which of you is holding responsible for credit card .

I have a credit with a value of 80k and yes I hold fully responsible to repay my debits to the bank as am doing so for so many years. Now as all you know the situation is not normal and there is a big impact on every one financially, starting from a street vendor to a multimillionaire.

Now to the point, am pay my card bills after due days as I have a hug financial loss due to covid and my business, am trying by best to pay the minimum amount on monthly basis.

All these years I have a good track apart from very few late payments, now am started getting threatening calls from the agency worse is they are taking about family members..

Do you really want to hear how they speak…..lets keep it like this if you hear someone talking to your family as below…

Are you not spending money to buy your wife’s napkin, are you not eating food, don’t you spend on medical expense
Don’t you feel ashamed o[censored]sing money and not paying back
Its waste of you being alive …
You can commit suicide for this….
More and more ….


All this was asking them so time for my payment….bill date was 8th and I said will pay them by 25 th….is that a very severe crime…

I have a very good relationship with the bank and had a very good experience, until now. I can’t blame the back as they agencies are contracted and they have targets to collect money .

But one drop of poison is good enough to bring down the banks name, all I need is pls speak to them and ask them to treat others as human beings

Not everyone will take this, some would end their life….if he is a single bread winner imagine about his family…

I have all the recordings, and if I take that to police it would be a matter of two days to find the location of agency and make sure he is in jail .

I need is apology from him on call…and you educate to him how to treat everyone as human beings …
