Kotak Mahindra Bank — complaint about bad behaviour and fake commitments from bank agent | |||
I have open the new salary account in kotak mahindra bank from your bank agent (Mr. Sumit kumar) from gurgaon branch. He told me about the salary account no any charges deducted in this account But after few months (In sep-2017) unnecessary charges got deducted from my salary account and its still i haven't got received my amount till toady 06.01.2018. Mr. Sumit kumar committed me, after three months salary your deduct amount has been reimbursed in your account. But still i have not received I m very disappointed and frustrated from your services especially from your bank agent mr. Sumit kumar because his response very rudely over the call with me Kindly take an action about the complaint and your agent.
